Thanks to Estatec I was able to buy my first house in the Netherlands. However, my experience was not without problems. As a first-time buyer on the housing market I lacked the necessary peace of mind throughout the entire process. My contact person, Amar Singh, was operationally efficient, but the advisory support left something to be desired. The main problems I encountered were: - No detailed overview of the process, despite my requests. - The mortgage advisor was contacted late, causing time pressure. - I was advised against having a structural survey carried out before signing the purchase agreement. This was only done on my insistence and after signing the agreement. Fortunately, nothing serious was found. - On several occasions the contact person was delayed or unreachable during the process. All in all, Estatec's service did not fully meet my expectations, causing a lot of stress, but ultimately the purchase was completed.

What a disastrous experience with this company! They never respond to emails or phone calls, and if you finally get someone on the line, they just hang up! Their promises are worthless, and they cheated us badly. We were the highest bidders for a house and even received a call congratulating us on the purchase. But after we had already incurred costs for an appraiser and other preparations, they secretly sold the house to someone else due to their internal agreements. This is simply unacceptable and downright scandalous! This organization is completely unreliable and unfair.
