The entire office is familiar with the matters and can keep you informed. It was a pleasant collaboration with good results! (Purchase 2021) Very well assisted in purchasing my first home. Marcel provided expert guidance during viewings and the entire purchase process, quick responses when I had questions, had short lines of communication with selling agents or with the internal mortgage advisor. In addition, the value of the house was estimated very sharply, equal to the value of the appraiser! I experienced a very pleasant collaboration!

I cannot recommend this real estate agent as a buyer's agent, unfortunately. For the high cost price, you can hope that they will respond to a simple question such as when you pay them (separately or at the notary), however, I would have to ask the notary that. When I asked if they had reviewed the purchase agreement, they reacted dismissively because it was just a standard contract and didn't need to be read. However, there were several non-standard extra sections. Many recommended third parties such as notary, building inspection, and appraisal were poorly regarded and not worth recommending overall. Overall, I don’t feel like I was well supported in buying my house and I am of the opinion that the costs have not been balanced with the services provided. I will avoid this real estate agent in the future. Edit 26-09-2024: Response to Rob from Disbergen: This is certainly not a misunderstanding but happened some years ago. I submitted a long complaint email at the time. It was then forwarded to the relevant real estate agent and nothing further was done about it. Given that I still find this unpleasant and you didn’t do anything about it back then, even though there was an opportunity, I am now posting this review to warn others.
