There was still an issue that the landlord had to resolve with the neighbor and neither knew how to deal with it. When this took unnecessarily long, Frans ensured that the notary visited our home in the short term to assess the situation. Afterwards, he sat down with us, the neighbor, and the owner to clarify the matter and also proposed solutions. A requirement of the bank was that our rental property had to be cadastral split from the downstairs apartment.
