Mike has a large network and understands bidding. He helped me get a good deal. However, after the purchase agreement was closed, I received somewhat less support. Then he often had too much to do to respond quickly or really help.

I have no idea how I ended up with him, but we were an instant match; he quickly understood that I found the listings on Funda and all the details in proportion to prices very overwhelming, as a result of which I would let them go even though I was urgently looking for a home.
