Communicatie is voor mij erg belangrijk en dat is bij Rotsvast geen enkel probleem geweest. Ze leveren documenten en contracten in het Engels, zodat ik niets mis. Ik ben zeer tevreden over Rotsvast.

Toen we op zoek gingen naar een huis in Nederland, dacht ik dat het lastig zou zijn om een ​​huurappartement te vinden in Den Haag, gezien de huidige situatie op de woningmarkt. Zeer onbetrouwbare makelaar! Levert taxatierapporten bomvol fouten, neemt geen verantwoordelijkheden en vraagt vervolgens om geld voor "extra werkzaamheden" terwijl die extra werkzaamheden fouten zijn die door Martijn zelf zijn gemaakt! Absoluut geen aanrader! Mist een professionele houding en is totaal niet zakelijk ingesteld. Geen oog voor kwaliteit, alleen oog voor geld! Samen met Cirk & Verhoog Taxaties & Consultancy heeft Martijn naar mijn mening de slechtste taxatierapport aangeleverd die ik in mijn ervaring heb meegemaakt.

Zeer goede ervaringen met dit makelaarskantoor dat een aanbeveling verdient! Taxaties zijn van hoog niveau en worden snel en professioneel uitgevoerd!

Untruthful behavior + incompetence

The real estate agent informed during the viewing of the apartment that there was a bid below asking price and that 1 person hadn't secured their mortgage. If you then make a correct offer, which meets the seller's requirements, you expect proper handling and not to hear after 2 weeks that it has been sold to someone else. That such a thing can happen in the Netherlands is unheard of; the real estate agent should have at least relayed this information and let you know there was a higher bid.

Very knowledgeable assistance. I was in a situation where I needed housing on short notice and wanted it in the center of The Hague. Normally a pleasant match with a sarcastic tone, but with the help of Mr. Rebel, it was genuinely a pleasant match. They found my little gem which I would never have managed alone!

Respond quickly and are friendly. This is certainly important in a housing crisis where most real estate agents are quite arrogant and curt because they still sell/rent out their properties.

Het is werkelijk schokkend om te zien hoe een bedrijf dat zichzelf presenteert met kernwaarden als "Echt", "Ontspannen", "Hollands" en "Mooi", tegelijkertijd plannen maakt om een uniek en waardevol natuurgebied als de Vlietlanden te vernietigen – puur voor financieel gewin. Wat is er "echt" aan het opofferen van natuur voor winst? Wat is er "ontspannend" aan het verdwijnen van stilte en biodiversiteit? Wat is er "Hollands" aan het negeren van onze rijke natuurlijke erfgoed? En wat blijft er "mooi" over als het groen plaatsmaakt voor beton? De kloof tussen woorden en daden is enorm. Wie zulke kernwaarden uitdraagt, zou ze ook moeten naleven. Helaas blijkt dat hier niet het geval. Grote teleurstelling.
