Through this broker a viewing was scheduled, where upon arrival it was immediately said that if price X were offered, the choice for the selling party (who was present and agreed with what was said) would be made quickly. Price X offered even before the viewing was complete and ultimately the house was not granted. It is better to say nothing instead of driving up the price in this way. Unreliable broker! Dirty play. Here went VERY wrong, Very unprofessional company. 1. Clearly communicated initials were not properly taken over. 2. We received an appraisal report from another client! Very sloppy, and violates European and Dutch privacy legislation. 3. When we tried to reach them (during office hours) they were unreachable. 4. When I was finally called back, the person was very abrupt and rude. A 'sincere apology' felt more like something he had to do, and didn’t actually mean. 5. Afterwards, an email followed with the correct report, but again a not so 'sincere' apology. My conclusion is that I will never do business with this company again and strongly advise others to stay FAR away.

The valuation report was delivered quickly, partly due to Bart's good knowledge of the subject matter. We are extremely satisfied, highly recommended.

In short, unprofessional. Several things went wrong. Firstly, we received the incorrect valuation report. We received a report belonging to other people including their data via email. When we tried to call during office hours, nobody picked up. While we attempted to call three times. Subsequently, we received the correct report by email and were called back by a rather blunt employee. During the phone conversation, it was only stated that the correct report had now been sent, no apologies or any such customer friendliness and (telephone) accessibility were unfortunately lacking. All in all, we were not satisfied. And that while buying a house is already stressful enough, unfortunately.

Back then I had called for a viewing and then I wasn’t even called back…but last Tuesday I saw a house with a ‘for sale’ sign from Boon of a beautiful house so I immediately called. My details were still known….and I was even called back the day after. Unfortunately, with a lie about that the sign placer was too zealous and that it wasn't yet known when viewings would take place and that I would receive the brochure via email….A week later today I received a phone call saying the house had been sold. I’m surprised how that can be if I called as one of the first and am still waiting…you get a fluffy nonsense story about a list of buyers and buyer guidance. I don't want to call it fraud, but yes

For a property at Neerhem 77 in Valkenburg, we had a viewing some time ago. Because we had to travel almost 3 hours, I asked beforehand if there were any particulars and whether the condition of maintenance, which was supposedly good according to the realtor's advertisement, was actually the case. The realtor assured us that there were no particulars and that we could come by without worry. Once we arrived, things started badly; the facade as a whole needed renovation with respect to the window frames and plasterwork. When we wanted to go inside, it turned out that the realtor did not have his key with him and had to rush to the office to retrieve it. Once inside, we were amazed by one thing after another. There were cracks throughout the entire property, and contrary to the photos, the whole made a very neglected impression. Almost all doors, ceilings, and plasterwork needed to be addressed or renewed. The realtor also suddenly stated that asbestos was incorporated into the property. In short, for a property which was said to have no particulars and was in good condition, it was a huge disappointment. No apology was ever made for the incorrect information that was provided.
