Through auction, I bought my house and before the deed was signed and before deregistration with the Cadastre, B. van Heugten completely emptied the house by removing furniture, clothing, household items and all cherished personal belongings, including the urn of our deceased son. Litigating costs money!!! THEREFORE there is a police report with photos taken on December 29th by the neighbor, photos of the sea container and the people who were ordered to empty the still inhabited house. In short, possibility of civil and criminal prosecution but at the time there was no money, meanwhile everything has changed and bringing this inhumane occurrence to light is a vital need!!! Bernard van Heugten you have destroyed my life, not by saying I will help you move, get everything ready, but because you removed and destroyed all the lovely items of our deceased father-in-law of our deceased son Ralphje and everything from the girls... No baby photos anymore of ourselves or of the children of our now deceased ancestors. THIS means that you almost messed up someone who did not get to sell his house and was in a difficult situation, with all the misery there is nothing dear left for a person to find comfort in. We regret the day we agreed with your well-intentioned ways, helping, your understanding and kind words made us believe that even in that big bad world there were still nice sympathetic people around. You seemed like a man with a heart in the right place. Nothing proved less true 😥

Ik heb online veel positieve recensies over deze service gelezen en de website zag er veelbelovend uit. De communicatie verliep vrij soepel toen ik de makelaar inschakelde. Wat me een beetje verbaasde, was een afspraak die werd afgezegd. Toen ik de verhuismanager hierover mailde, kreeg ik te horen dat ik gewoon door kon gaan en dat we inderdaad een makelaar konden inschakelen. Na het ondertekenen van de overeenkomst en het ontvangen van de WhatsApp-gegevens van de makelaar, hoorde ik echter niets meer van hem. Het vinden van geschikte huisvesting kost natuurlijk tijd, dus in eerste instantie maakte ik me er niet zo druk om. Er zijn nu twee weken voorbij sinds ik de getekende overeenkomst van het bureau heb ontvangen en ik heb nog steeds niets van de makelaar gehoord. Ik heb de makelaar een WhatsApp-bericht gestuurd met vragen, met name of ik de voorgestelde ingangsdatum van het huurcontract kon uitstellen. Ik kreeg geen reactie. Vervolgens heb ik de verhuismanager, die me het WhatsApp-nummer en de getekende overeenkomst had gegeven, een e-mail gestuurd met dezelfde vraag, maar ook daarop heb ik geen antwoord gekregen. Ik heb ook meerdere keren gebeld, maar zonder succes. Ik wil niet opdringerig overkomen en ik begrijp dat de huizenmarkt in Nederland lastig is en dat het vinden van iets binnen mijn budget de mogelijkheden nog verder beperkt, maar ik had op zijn minst een eerlijk antwoord op prijs gesteld, bijvoorbeeld dat de makelaar nog steeds aan het zoeken is, of een simpel "oké" of "nee", in plaats van genegeerd te worden. Het voelt nogal onprofessioneel en alsof ik word genegeerd, vooral omdat de communicatie voorafgaand aan het tekenen van het contract zo soepel verliep.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de communicatie en de snelheid waarmee ik precies het appartement vond dat ik zocht. Ik beveel het makelaarskantoor Living in Holland en hun uitstekende makelaars van harte aan.

This company is really terrible. I rented an apartment from them for six months and every week there was yet another problem. From electricity problems in the building, neighbors without heating, construction work starting from the day we moved in, no internet while we were paying for it, misleading advertising, costs that we had to pay while we had nothing to do with them (a few neighbors made a mess in the alley and they demanded that all tenants paid for the cleanup), mold on the walls of a brand new building, deposit that was only returned after more than two months while the apartment had been delivered in better than new condition, up to a landlord who was outright rude. I advise everyone considering renting from this company to do everything possible to look for another rental agency. They exploit the housing situation and push you out as much as they can. I am a disaster when it comes to housing in the Netherlands.
