Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with Geurts Makelaars. Although they sold my property, they repeatedly failed to keep their appointments with me. According to NVM regulations, when interested in a property from their portfolio, you are only allowed to submit a bid once via your Move account. However, Geurts Makelaars sent an email to the bidders after the bidding period closed requesting them to resubmit their highest offer. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against working with this real estate agent.
