Contact verliep goed, goed bereikbaar en er werd snel geschakeld door middel van bellen. Ook buiten kantoortijden was Robert op de momenten dat het nodig was goed te bereiken. Dankjewel!

Deze toppers weten echt hoe ze een klant moeten ontzorgen. Van de makelaar tot de collega's die op kantoor zitten. De communicatie tussen verkoper en makelaar is geweldig. Als je op zoek bent naar een deskundige, prettige en een makelaar waar aandacht wordt besteed aan jou als klant, dan zou ik zeker Alpina Katwijk eens langs laten komen. Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met hypotheekadviseur van Alpina Makelaars Onze ervaring met de desbetreffende hypotheekadviseur van Alpina Makelaars voor het aanvragen van een hypotheek was ronduit frustrerend en teleurstellend. Vanaf het begin viel op dat hij gedetailleerde vragen maar matig beantwoordde. In plaats van heldere uitleg of deskundig advies kregen we vaak ontwijkende antwoorden met de boodschap dat we "gewoon een beetje vertrouwen" moesten hebben. Dat is natuurlijk totaal niet waar je op zit te wachten bij zo'n belangrijke financiële beslissing. De meeste tijd van de gesprekken werd besteed aan klagen over zijn vorige en huidige collega's. Zeer onprofessioneel om je beklag over systemen of mensen te doen bij je klanten. Daarnaast probeerde hij ons in eerste instantie een geheel nieuwe hypotheek bij een andere leningverstrekker aan te smeren, in plaats van het meenemen van de oude hypotheek. Alleen doordat wij als klant hierop hebben aangedrongen, is uiteindelijk gekozen voor de betere oplossing. Dat is wat ons betreft de omgekeerde wereld. We verwachten kundig advies, waarbij we als klant geadviseerd worden over de beste en meest voordelige keuze. Dat hebben we nu dus zelf moeten uitzoeken en we moesten voet bij stuk houden om toch deze voordelige optie te laten onderzoeken. Wat volgde was een aaneenschakeling van nalatigheid en gebrekkige communicatie. Na het opstarten van het hypotheekproces hoorden we wekenlang niets, totdat wij zelf contact opnamen. Toen bleek dat er een fout in het systeem van de bank zat, waardoor de aanvraag vertraging had opgelopen – zonder dat wij hierover op de hoogte waren gesteld. Fouten en vertraging kunnen voorkomen, maar ons hierover niet informeren is ronduit slecht. Ook daarna bleef het contact minimaal tot afwezig. Wederom hoorden we weken niets, en pas bij navraag bleek dat er documenten van ons werden verwacht – maar niemand had ons dit laten weten. Door deze passiviteit en slechte opvolging moest het dossier opeens met spoed worden behandeld, en kwam de passeerdatum van de akte in gevaar. De notaris waarschuwde zelfs dat deze datum waarschijnlijk niet meer haalbaar was. Zelfs op afgesproken contactmomenten liet de adviseur niets van zich horen. Uiteindelijk heb ik als klant – één week voor de passeerdatum– zélf alle betrokken partijen gebeld (hypotheekadviseur, bank en notaris) om nog enigszins controle over het proces te houden en de urgentie van de situatie duidelijk te maken. Uiteindelijk is alles op het allerlaatste moment nog net goed gekomen, maar dit was volledig te danken aan onze eigen inzet. Het hele proces verliep stroef, onprofessioneel en zonder de noodzakelijke begeleiding die je mag verwachten van een makelaar of hypotheekadviseur. Vertraging en fouten zijn menselijk en dat is ook niet waar wij teleurgesteld over zijn. De slechte communicatie en nalatigheid is waar we ronduit kwaad over zijn. Gelukkig waren er op het bureau nog een paar collega's die ons de laatste dag goed te woord hebben gestaan en mede druk op de situatie hebben gezet. Kortom: wij kunnen Alpina absoluut niet aanraden. Het gebrek aan proactiviteit, de minimale communicatie en het onvermogen om regie te houden op het proces, hebben het regelen van onze hypotheek tot een stressvolle en onnodig ingewikkelde ervaring gemaakt.

Het contact liep vaak via de telefoon en whatsapp. De lijntjes waren kort en er werd altijd adequaat gereageerd. Vragen werden snel beantwoord.

At the end of our interest rate fix period, we were not properly informed about the possibilities of refinancing the mortgage or changing the type of mortgage.
