Ze hebben slechte tot nauwelijks communicatie met huurders, slecht bereikbaar, vragen te veel servicekosten, verzaken het om jaaroverzichten te versturen en hun taak als verhuurmakelaar te vervullen. Zeer af te raden!

Chris Rengers is een ervaren kundige makelaar. Gaandeweg bleek ze vooral handig in contact over en weer toen het even wat stroever ging met de afspraken. Een voor mij prettige manier van verkopen ook. Eerlijk vooral. Ik geef niet snel een volle tien, maar ze zit er dicht tegenaan. Ik zou zeker weet voor haar kiezen.

Van begin tot het eind een zeer aangename samenwerking waarbij de makelaar werkelijk haar best heeft gedaan het appartement zo goed mogelijk te verkopen (styling, foto’s, video) en ons te helpen met de vele administratieve zaken. Ik raad Thuis Nieuwbouwmakelaars ten zeerste aan!

Zowel bij de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis als bij de verkoop van ons oude heeft Chris Rengers van Thuis nieuwbouw makelaars ons uitstekend geholpen. Voortdurend op de hoogte gehouden en van de juiste adviezen voorzien! Erg blij!!

Mijn bezichtigingsafspraak werd op korte termijn en onverwacht zonder echte reden geannuleerd. Toen ik mezelf persoonlijk wilde voorstellen, met alle documenten (die ze al hebben ontvangen) in mijn bagage (inkomensverklaringen, identiteitsbewijs, cv, etc.), werd ik streng afgewezen "omdat ik twee bedrijven in het buitenland heb." Mevrouw Westerdijk gedroeg zich arrogant tegenover mij, toonde geen interesse in mijn zorgen en weigerde mij contact op te nemen met de directeur. Ondanks mijn geloofwaardige referenties en de openbaarmaking van mijn economische connecties, namen ze mij niet serieus. Ik ben zelf actief in de financiële sector en heb bij diverse makelaars gewerkt, maar zo’n arrogantie heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt!

Bad experience with handover (both times) and also the contact is extremely difficult. Upon receiving the keys, agreements were not kept. A professional cleaning was supposed to take place, but there were still food remnants on the floor, mold in the refrigerator and bathroom, and leftover food in cupboards. The installer for the central heating boiler came for the annual inspection, pointed out that these boilers are incredibly dangerous and advised replacing them. This was reported, but nothing was done about it. They were even contradicted. When handing over the apartment, a deposit is withheld without a legally valid reason. To this day, no proof of 'damage incurred' has been seen. A bad experience in every area, a shame because the apartment was very pleasant to live in.

Really don't go into business with them, not a nice broker! Totally no pleasant experience with them, sluggish contact and doesn't keep appointments.
