Had a very bad experience with this "real estate agency". Daniëlle is extremely unreliable. After 2 weeks in our search for a house, Danielle disappeared and we were left with a young man who was completely new to the field and was just starting his education, who would "guide" us. We were mostly left to our own devices and took over most of their work. Afterwards, we received a thick bill that had never been mentioned before. On top of that, she came up with a very short payment term and threatened to use debt collection. 1 tip: never get involved with this unreliable woman!

On May 4th, late in the afternoon, a property was posted on Move and Funda, and I reacted immediately. I was nicely spoken to by a lady who indicated that I would be called that same day/evening to schedule a viewing. This did not happen, nor did it happen the next day. I contacted them again myself to still schedule the viewing. Then I received the message that they knew nothing about my previous contact moment/request and I could be placed on a waiting list because so many people have been called in the meantime. They didn't even bother to look at options. A bit of a shame.
