If you disagree about something, it is discussed and explained how or why things were looked at in that way; in our case, I myself had provided incorrect (too little) information, which is still rectified. This makes you feel like a person and not number so much.

Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for selling your own home or purchasing one. Response: yes, no doubt about it. That was your office. You questioned my/our financial position in advance.
