I was first with another real estate agent in Den Bosch but thought I would give it a try here. I thought that with a small property they would just do it quickly but no, they took their time and didn't get anything done, but a lot of effort was made, many viewings, to find the right tenant who was ultimately found. What service! and my interest as a landlord is very well taken care of, Very satisfied with the way things went and they have indeed kept me as a client, Recommender!

Signed rental agreement in January: In the meantime, I've had to call and email 5 times to get my OWN rental agreement to convert it with the Chamber of Commerce. Nothing has worked so far, so hopefully this review will wake some people up.

Bizarre! I own 2 restaurants and a roofing company. Currently renting two storage units and a separate office. Saw a business unit on Funda which is rented out via RSP. After speaking with a friendly lady, I was transferred to “someone who handles that”. When I explained why I was calling, this person said they would note my number because the person doing the viewing would call me back. Okay, fine. “What are you going to store in that business building?” I thought it was genuine interest. After explaining that it was stuff from our companies and also private belongings, they asked about our business activities. I replied that we have two restaurants and a roofing company and a separate office. “Sounds all vague” said the person from RSP. It didn’t feel right, and I thanked the man for his time and will now continue searching. It's strange to be kind of offended while genuinely interested in a building. Doesn’t feel good to do business with.

Poor communication with Mike van Riet from RSP. Appointments are not kept. Constantly have to call back, no response. If you call a different number, it's picked up immediately 👍🏻…

We recently rented a second office building through RSP Malelaars. RSP professionally and very personally guided us in this process. In particular, thanks to Roy van Tiel's enthusiasm and creative input, we were able to reach a solution suitable for all parties again.

What you don't know when you take out your first mortgage. After a nice story via RSP, we took out a mortgage. Every year a check-up would take place and beautiful promises were made about expected returns. Now, 15 years later, we have never heard from RSP again after taking out our mortgage. It turned out that we had an exploitative policy with a now bankrupt mortgage provider. I must therefore unfortunately conclude afterwards that the initial advice, especially the promise to regularly perform a check-up, was inadequate and the agreements were not kept. So think carefully before letting this club advise you.

Recently, our advisor Roy van Thiel from RSP Makelaars has re-let one of our warehouse halls. He managed to find a good party with whom we have been able to build a very pleasant relationship. All of this could be accomplished in a short time so that we did not experience any rental loss as a result of vacancy. Had a no-obligation conversation with this real estate agent and clearly communicated openly and honestly. Only agreed on the price, but all conditions still had to be approved. Because the financing did not go through, partly due to temporary medical circumstances, it was not feasible to further discuss the conditions. Nothing signed yet and the real estate agent even indicated that I must respond by July 1st, otherwise the selling party will look further. Because I already have enough on my plate due to illness, RSP Makelaars added another scoop by having the selling party start a lawsuit with a fine for canceling the purchase. In my opinion, the deal is done when you've been to the notary, all conditions are met, and the financing is secured. So be careful, even if you don’t agree and sign nothing, you can still be tied to a legal process with this real estate agent because they have more rights against SMEs than a consumer. I am curious what the judge will decide about this '' suspicious '' way of acting. A ruling was made on January 17th. According to the court, I was fully in the right. Unfortunately, quite a lot of costs were incurred, only part of which has been reimbursed. An important lesson learned: pay close attention with this real estate agent.
