We rented a small house at Arendsweg 93 in Beverwijk through Portegies. Afterwards, it turned out that the rental was not conducted properly, which meant we could only move out 4 months after the death of our daughter. Portegies should have checked everything thoroughly beforehand before this house was rented to us because it wasn't in order with regards to paperwork. We were then able to get a house through them that was approximately €700 more expensive. This never went ahead because someone else offered a higher bid. Forced by necessity, we moved to Germany to my parents because we couldn’t find anything quickly here. Without any pardon compensation or other help, we had to figure it out ourselves. So always be careful with them and have the paperwork checked by a specialist.

Because he was so enthusiastic about the house for sale, we were completely confident that he could convey this enthusiasm to potential buyers. Ik had een afspraak gemaakt om het huis te bezichtigen, maar ik kreeg een e-mail dat het al verkocht was voordat ik het überhaupt had kunnen zien. Ze plegen overduidelijk fraude.

Als faciliterende partij heeft 123Wonen geen documentatie gemaakt mbt voor- en eindinspectie met voorgaande huurder. Op hun website vermelden zij dat dit wel onder hun werkzaamheden valt. Het in kaart brengen van eventuele gebreken is belangrijk bij zo'n overdracht, omdat je niet verantwoordelijk wilt worden gehouden voor gebreken die niet door jouw toedoen zijn ontstaan. Dus door nalatigheid van 123Wonen, mag jij als nieuwe huurder deze administratieve klus zelf klaren. Het meest vervelende is nog de wijze van communicatie. Vragen die ze niet willen beantwoorden worden simpelweg ontweken /niet beantwoord (tot 5x toe). Kortom, in mijn ervaring is 123Wonen nalatig in hun uitvoering en slecht in hun communicatie.

Nooit meer een auto huren via dit verhuurbedrijf. Ze wilden mijn Borg niet teruggeven, zelfs niet na meer dan een maand aandringen... Ik betaalde altijd op tijd, ik heb er nooit problemen mee gehad. Ze behandelen mensen als objecten, het bewijs is er. Ik raad het niemand aan.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met 123Wonen bij het vinden van een huurappartement. We hadden enorme haast en moesten binnen een maand iets vinden. Toen we ons aanmeldden bij 123Wonen, kregen we dezelfde dag nog een bezichtiging en een contract. :) We willen in het bijzonder Bart Christiaans bedanken, die ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam was bij het beantwoorden van al onze vragen. Hij reageerde altijd snel en deed er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat we alle essentiële documenten hadden en de huurprocedures begrepen. Hij hielp ons zelfs met het inchecken en de sleuteloverdracht terwijl hij op vakantie was!

Als ik een 0 kon geven had ik dat gedaan.

We moesten met dit bureau werken omdat ze de verhuurder van het appartement dat ik huurde vertegenwoordigden. De man van het bureau was onbeleefd en slecht geïnformeerd. Ze maken misbruik van de marktsituatie en geven niets om de huurders. Absoluut niet aan te raden.

Via deze makelaar een gemeubileerde woning gehuurd voor een half jaar. Contact verliep erg soepel en snel. Echter toen tijdens de 1e mnd vd huurperiode bleek dat het appartement gebreken vertoonde die het wonen erg oncomfortabel en soms onmogelijk maakten bleek de particuliere verhuurder niet of erg laat te reageren. Uiteindelijk na veel gedoe de huur in de 2e mnd alweer opgezegd. De verhuurder heeft nu geheel onterecht € 1.300 ingehouden op de borg en reageert nergens meer op. En helaas ook 123 wonen geeft niet thuis, wat een slechte service. Absoluut een afrader om zaken te doen met deze partijen

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de service en professionaliteit van 123 Wonen. Ik kan dit bedrijf van harte aanbevelen voor al uw verhuuractiviteiten als huurder of verhuurder in de regio Haarlem.

123Wonen Haarlem raad ik iedereen aan! Op donderdag diende ik een verzoek in, op vrijdag had ik een huis. Verder verliep de samenwerking erg prettig.

Lisa hield wekelijks contact met mij, verzorgde alle bezichtigingen tot in de puntjes en gaf altijd eerlijk en helder advies!

Had many problems with the landlord, such as a leak that isn't taken seriously and handymen are hired who charge twice as much for parts than they actually are. Communication is good, but the problem-solving ability is low. Advice: Take legal assistance insurance living if you are going to rent a house from this organization.

Not really good, wanted to make an appointment about selling or renting was definitely not interesting enough. Not really a recommendation at least not for me

I purchased my current home in April with the help of Ton. Extremely well assisted and supported! He was there for every viewing, checks everything that you as a layman in the housing market wouldn't think of, and is always available for any questions. Without Ton as a buyer's agent, I would almost certainly not have been able to acquire a home in these difficult times. Partly thanks to his quick action, it did work out! Not knowing the law and then threatening via email. Never experienced anything so clumsy. Do not cooperate. It was like that in 2021. Still applies in 2025.

Extremely bad appraiser. To mention in the appraisal report that there are no solar panels present.. (16 panels present!!), That there is no energy label (energy label A !!!!) and the house is not insulated. (what do you think with energy label A..) to then undervalue the house. Because of this man, 3 parties were disadvantaged. This man should be reprimanded severely by the NWWI or even better, removed from his position. Fortunately, appraiser 2 and appraiser 3 were fantastic. (they were independent and therefore not affiliated with Westerhoven) In one word: Scandalous.
