At Cense Makelaars, the experience begins with the 'hostess' who answers the phone: warm, friendly and always willing to make time for you. Our contact with Cense started already during the search for a new home, so well before we were going to sell our own house. We bid several times and could always count on honest, non-binding advice. When we eventually made an offer and a technical inspection followed, Tjerk was even personally present to observe and support us. That gave us a lot of confidence. The sale of our house also proceeded very smoothly afterwards. We received clear updates about the bids and the team did everything they could to achieve the best result for us. Had many problems with the landlord, such as a leak that isn't taken seriously and handymen are hired who charge twice as much for parts than they actually are. Communication is good, but the problem-solving ability is low. Advice: Take legal assistance insurance living if you are going to rent a house from this organization.

Not really good, wanted to make an appointment about selling or renting was definitely not interesting enough. Not really a recommendation at least not for me
