Today we had an appointment for a viewing. We were supposed to meet at 7:30 PM, but nobody showed up to show the apartment. And we even came all the way from Tilburg to Roermond to view this apartment. They are really unreliable. Do not even think about buying, selling, or renting through such an agent who does not honor a simple appointment.

Heel fijne makelaar met veel oog voor de mens achter het te verkopen huis. Het was een plezier om met hen te werken. We hoefden ons nergens zorgen over te maken, alles werd netjes geregeld en afgehandeld. Er zijn korte lijntjes en je hebt altijd met een van de twee direct contact. Dat is snel en handig.

minpunt: Wij zijn niet vooraf ingelicht dat een andere makelaar contact met ons zou opnemen. Wij werden 'out of the blue' gebeld door een andere makelaar die de taxatie voor de koper zou komen uitvoeren. pluspunt: Vriendelijke en joviale makelaar met kennis van de markt (huis werd verkocht tegen de prijs die de makelaar had aangegeven).

Bij eerste contact erg rustig, kwam met een duidelijk antwoord op de vraag waarom te kiezen voor deze makelaar. De makelaar had zijn werk vooraf het beste voorbereid en gaf een goede taxatie met een duidelijke strategie, zowel voor de koper als verkoper erg transparant.

Van eerste stap in dit verkoop proces tot de laatste stap een uitermate correcte begeleiding van deze verkoop. Een hecht teamwork van Wendy en Guus. Aanrader!!

Email sent to make an appointment for a viewing. Since I heard nothing, I called, and on the phone I was told that they had tried to call me. This was an absolute lie. When I still wanted to make an appointment, the answer was we are full. Unreliable as a real estate agent.

We had arranged a house viewing with LWM Makelaardij at 1:00 PM and were exactly 5 minutes early. Despite our arrival, we waited in vain for more than 30 minutes - no one showed up. Multiple attempts to contact them by phone remained unanswered. What is extra frustrating is that the appointment was still confirmed the day before by P. Streutjens. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of communication are completely unacceptable for us. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this real estate agent.
