Regular contact, information, and guidance for potential buyers was excellent. Even viewings on weekends were possible (and later proved to be successful). A beautiful photo presentation with videos of the house and its surroundings filmed by drone was made in advance. Good use was made of their social media. In short, everything was done to ensure a successful sale.

A very good realtor also for value property report and honest, reliable and friendly, used it three times already and got good advice regarding notary, etc. And if you're stuck with something, just ask and it will be solved immediately - that’s service in one word: Excellent

Toppertje doesn't call back. Very bad at communication. Do as little as possible. Staff running away. And everything is someone else's fault. NEVER, but really NEVER a housing coach again.

Contact with the real estate agent was good, clear and fast. However, more publicity could have been made for the house.

Wooncoach found a fantastic apartment for us in The Hague. My review is limited to Wooncoach in The Hague, because I have not used any other branch of Wooncoach. We loved it and rented it for five years. Unfortunately, I can only give it one star, because they treated us so badly when we moved out. Therefore, ask for an inspection report that is signed by you and a representative of Wooncoach when leaving an apartment with Wooncoach. This is really important. We were not aware of this, because we are expats living in The Hague and did not know the fine details of Dutch rental legislation. Our real estate agent was fully aware that we were expats and it seems like he took advantage of this. We not only lost our deposit of more than 2000 euros, but had to pay Wooncoach an additional more than 700 euros for repairs. We had agreed with the real estate agent that we would pay for repainting the walls and removing the baby safety devices, but not for the rest. He claimed that he was very honest, but that honesty was determined by himself and never discussed with us. Instead of trying to reach an agreement, he threatened to send a debt collector to our employer to have us pay the rest of the bill after we had already paid the agreed half, which we found reasonable. He never sent us proof that he had filed a lawsuit against us. Was it just intimidation? We don't know. Therefore, ask for an inspection report to protect yourself and prevent such disputes.

Housing coach is extremely bad at their communication and appointments. They act as an intermediary when renting a private property, you can pay them quite a bit, but passing on information to the owner if you have something to discuss does not happen. When you call them, they never have time or the person you want to speak with is unavailable or in a meeting. Callback requests are ignored 9/10 times. If you have a problem with your rental property, it takes weeks or months before it is resolved. Employees make promises that contradict each other or are not fulfilled, or it is claimed that the promise was not made. When getting your deposit back, you can also keep calling for weeks before you receive anything, even if you hand over the house in perfect condition. Ultimately, you receive a credit invoice and even then they only pay after some time after the expiry date they put on the invoice themselves. Never again.

Ik had een afspraak gemaakt voor een bezichtiging van een woning in Terneuzen op 3 februari 2026 om 17:00 uur. Op het laatste moment, 2,5 uur voor de afspraak, werd de afspraak verplaatst naar 9 februari om 17:00 uur. Ik kwam op 9 februari om 17:00 uur aan, maar er was geen makelaar, niemand van het makelaarskantoor! Ik denk dat ze de afspraak vergeten waren! Ik heb mijn tijd verspild... Ik was helemaal vanuit Vlissingen komen rijden (30 km enkele reis)... Wees voorzichtig met dit makelaarskantoor.

Betrouwbare en deskundige makelaar die op een rustige manier goede begeleiding en ondersteuning biedt. De verkoop is heel soepel verlopen.

People, stay far away from this broker/appraiser. After I requested an urgent valuation via NTS, it remained silent for 2 weeks. Does not communicate, has excuses, and doesn't keep appointments. This man prefers to do what he feels like rather than putting himself out for his clients. Again people, don't do business with this broker! This will prevent you from a lot of frustration and time.

Unfortunately not recommended. Poor communication and unprofessional conduct, repeatedly losing information and appointments, very poor quality of delivery for the assignment.

The selling broker wasn't really enthusiastic. Within 5 minutes we already knew it. Don't buy, don't do business. The broker didn't say anything about the property. You can ask your own questions but the selling broker should show initiative. Fine, we ourselves saw that the ready-to-move-in home was far from ready-to-move-in. You would expect more enthusiasm when selling a house.

Valuation approached in a professional manner and carried out smoothly. Mr. van Hoeve thinks along well with you and has several tips. Also for agricultural valuations!

Despite a difficult start with the buyers and not the desired selling price, of € 322.000,00 but 282.500,00 a difference of € 39.500,00 12,27% is quite a lot. The negotiations with the real estate agent Van Hoeve were good.

I am Spanish. I made an appointment at 12 o'clock to view the price of my house. They did not come. They have not sent an e-mail and they have not called to say that no one is coming. I call, but although I see that the shop is closed, they do not answer the phone. They are unreachable. They said it would take an hour, so I have accepted an hour of work for nothing.

We are very disappointed. We went to view a house, then we sent an email stating that we were interested, but there was no response. Afterwards, we made phone contact and told them we were interested. Our advisor contacted the real estate agent to begin with. To have confidence in us, the real estate agent asked if we wanted to have an appraisal report prepared. We started that as well, when the appraiser said that the house is below market value. The real estate agent did not make any contact to tell about the offer, so we found out through the appraiser who wanted to start his work. I don't know how much confidence you can have in this real estate agent but I certainly don't anymore.

Een zeer slechte ervaring. Het personeel en de directie waren racistisch. Zodra ze doorhebben dat je geen Nederlander bent, weigeren ze niet alleen je verzoek, maar ook hun diensten. Zoiets heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt in Nederland. Als ik nul sterren kon geven, zou ik dat zonder aarzeling doen.

I would not recommend anyone.
