Een vervelende ervaring gehad met de aankoop van een woning via verkoopmakelaar Roan Mulderij. Roan komt vertrouwd over als hij aangeeft bij een probleem met een woning die hij verkoopt dat hij een "zorgplicht"heeft naar de koper. Als je Roan na de aankoop benaderd en aanspraak doet op zijn zorgplicht onttrekt hij zich hieraan. Betreft een reactie op het verhaal van Roan Mulderij. Opnieuw probeert Roan zijn handen in onschuld te wassen en zijn tekortkomingen te verbloemen. Hij beperkt zijn verhaal op alleen een niet functionerende geiser die door mij als kopen wel degelijk gemeld is. Dit is slechts 1 punt van wat er allemaal onjuist is afgehandeld door Roan Mulderij. Ik kan een toekomstige koper van een woning waarin Roan als verkopend makelaar bemiddeld het volgende advies geven. Mocht er bij een eindinspectie 1 of meerde zaken niet in orde zijn teken dan nooit het formulier. Stel desnoods de overdracht van de woning uit bij de notaris. Laat de verkoper eerst zijn problemen oplossen . Ga niet af op leugens of loze beloftes van deze makelaar.

We zijn door Brantjes uitstekend geholpen in de zoektocht naar ons nieuwe huis. Tijdens het zoek- en aankoopproces kregen we te maken met verschillende situaties, waarbij we volledig werden ontzorgd door Roan en het team. We waardeerden vooral het meedenken, de snelle acties en het feit dat we op elk moment snel konden schakelen. De samenwerking met Roan en het team was warm, professioneel en zeer prettig. Een absolute aanrader!
