He really knows the market in Zeist, he was prepared for the appointment and advised me very well on the sales process, the preparations, and even some useful tips that only an experienced Agent from the area can give. Ultimately, I decided to postpone the sale, but if I want to do that in the future, I will definitely contact Joey.
