De makelaar was/is deskundig, duidelijk en ging professioneel te werk. Vragen onzerzijds werden snel beantwoord en wij werden van alle ontwikkelingen persoonlijk op de hoogte gebracht. De presentatie zag er mooi en realistisch uit en het huis is mede daardoor snel verkocht. Mocht ik ooit weer een makelaar nodig hebben, dan ga ik weer in zee met Van Santen Makelaars.

Het contact met Marshano Birdja van Ooms makelaars Capelle aan den IJssel verliep heel fijn. Marshano stond altijd klaar om mijn vragen te beantwoorden. Zelfs als dit ging om een vraag over de woning die ik en mijn partner hadden aangekocht bij een andere makelaar.

Marshano was zeer deskundig, denkt mee en was hulpvaardig bij het gehele traject. Ooms is niet de meest voordelige makelaar, maar ik denk dat ze het waard zijn.

Very negative experience as a buyer, Home 4 You was the selling broker in our case. Truly no good word for Home 4 You. <span class='text-oranje-500'>Home 4 You</span> asked us to submit documents that they should have presented to us themselves. Less than 24 hours after we sent them, they terminated the purchase process without giving a reason. They played and misled us. Buyers beware! Update November 14, 2023: The broker calls to 'amicably' ask to remove the above review. He shows no remorse or responsibility for the experience we had with this broker. He also cannot give an acceptable argument to remove the review. After repeated explanations that our experience is what it is and that I still stand by the review, the conversation once again reveals that this broker communicates very laboriously and puts his own interests first. All he cared about was removing the negative review without any expression of having learned something or thinking about why someone takes the time and effort to write such a review. When I indicated that I would also include the phone call in the review, the response was that he would anticipate it and that I would see what would happen... I repeat my previous advice to buyers: be warned! This broker did not have our best interests at heart, possibly not yours either.
