Service of poor quality, name discrimination! It's awful that it is impossible to rent a house, even though your income meets the requirements and you have a permanent contract... I do not recommend this company, they will be rude to you, humiliate you and they will mock your name!

These are exploitative landlords, already dealing with broken windows for over a month caused by a junkie. First you're told to fix it yourself, then you receive a message telling you to move out. If you want to move out, you get absolutely no contact; the phone isn't answered, emails aren't responded to.

Noorlander and van Veen are the managers of our association for the benefit of the rendering of the houses in our neighborhood. In 12 years, they have failed enormously. Nothing came of the rendering work. A lot of empty promises and beautiful empty words. I advise against doing business with this company.

Everything went quickly, correctly and well. After the initial introduction, things were handled smoothly to bring this sale to a good conclusion.

Contacted by phone twice to ask a question about a rental apartment. The lady was very curt and unfriendly on both occasions. Perhaps it's time for a new job? Not a good impression.

Not even worth a star. Definitely don't go into business with this broker either. Doesn't keep his appointments, already received the purchase contract but a few days later went with someone else anyway. Utterly ridiculous!

Nicely assisted by Gijs Roos from real estate agency Bremavo. Viewings conveniently scheduled on 2 days, quickly available for questions in between and sold our house at a good price.

From the first contact, full commitment from the broker, quick and clear feedback. With follow-up actions, rapid communication so that we were always aware of the latest developments. Meticulous adherence to agreements made. Very expert and friendly with a human approach.

Highly skilled and excellently familiar with the local market

Multiple times called to ask for information about renting a property from them in Zwijndrecht. Multiple times promised to call back, last time yesterday the same story again. Eventually did receive an email back but no response to my substantive question. Subsequently responded to the email asking if they perhaps had other properties that met my requirements, never heard anything back. I also run a business myself, but this is not how you treat potential clients; getting a client is easy, but retaining them is a second. Is it really so much to ask to answer an email from a potential client? Look, and if you don't feel like it, that’s fine, just be honest about it, don’t act so pathetic. There are other companies/brokers who *are* enthusiastic! I do NOT recommend these people to anyone.

In the current housing market, a house sells itself, regardless of its condition. This also became apparent from the treatment we received as potential buyers. See below the account that I expressed to Bremavo and decide for yourself whether you find such service adequate if you choose to use their services. - Tuesday (last week) we view the property and the real estate agent informs us that there is a deadline of +/- 12:00 Friday for receiving any potential bid, and that we would receive clarity that same day regarding the acceptance or rejection of the offer. As evidenced by our bid, we offered without reservation of financing and were therefore unable to place a bid on another house as long as we had not received a negative or positive message concerning this sale. This was to great dissatisfaction. - We only received the brochure on Wednesday, so after the viewing. - The bid was submitted by email, for which I was not allowed to receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Until Monday, we were therefore in uncertainty whether our bid had even been received. - Last Saturday, I called twice between 10:00 and 12:00, no answer. - Today I called again in the morning to inquire about the status. I was supposed to be called back around noon. - A few hours later, I called again because I hadn't been called back. Then it was indicated that I would be called around 3:30 PM. This phone call also remains unanswered. - Now I see that I received a highly impersonal email at 3:50 PM with a rejection of the bid. This email notably ended up in spam. Now, of course, you don't have to do anything with the above story, but if there is a way to ruin the ''reputable'' reputation mentioned on your website, it is through this approach to potential buyers.

Expert and knows the market. Is kept well informed and doesn't tell fairy tales. Businesslike and exceptionally friendly.
