As a potential buyer of one of their houses, you have no chance whatsoever unless you are somehow bound to them as a client. They only give you solutions and guarantees if you accept their purchase guidance contract with them. Despite, according to them, having an excellent offer, no conditions, own money ecc. ecc., the house was lost. When I asked for the reasons for this, I received answers with little or no arguments but the question of whether I still wanted a purchase guidance contract with them, because then I would have had more chances. There is something unclear and not nice that escapes me........and that it plays out in an unclear way.
