The first requirement is; to be honest….

A viewing planned yesterday, after which I received an email saying I was on the waiting list while the appointment had been scheduled. After contacting the real estate agent, the appointment did go ahead, but today at the agreed time of 3:00 PM we went for the viewing and the real estate agent was not present and we were unable to view the property. I sent an email to the real estate agent stating that he had not kept the appointment. On the way home and around 3:15 PM, I received a call from the real estate agent with the story that he was standing at the property; I immediately cancelled the viewing. This real estate agent does not keep his commitments and has not disclosed all information about the property via Funda. Very unfortunate!
