Never again! Once viewing a house in Born with Kockelkorn as the realtor. He didn't know how to answer the questions we had. Everything he had to look up or didn't know... totally unprepared. And I think this was even the boss of Kockelkorn?? He normally doesn't do this house, the usual person was on vacation, that was his answer. Already a bad impression. You should at least prepare yourself! Within 5 minutes we were already outside. Never viewed a house so quickly. And show interest in my own apartment which I was going to sell. Didn't think so, if he sells that as badly as he tried to sell that house.. not recommended.

Absolutely worthless. You have to chase everything yourself with this real estate agent. My partner and I were interested in a rental apartment. All necessary documents personally submitted, after which I received an email asking me to submit the documents. After a phone call, it turned out that the documents had not been properly archived. Subsequently, we were told that we were at the top of the list to receive an apartment. After waiting for several weeks, we attended an information morning. Pure waste of time since no new information was given. At the info morning, it was indicated that they would look a week later at which people would definitely get the apartments. Three weeks later, I called to ask if anything was known yet or how long it would take before more would be announced. However, I was told that the people who had received the apartment had already received an email and we would still receive it (the email which I have not yet received a month after the phone call). When asked why we were not eligible for the apartment, despite being “at the top of the list,” we were told that the salary was not sufficient. If you read this, best real estate agent. I’ve recalculated it for you and we are over 300 euros. And no, our gross salary did not include vacation pay and the 13th month. You could have seen this on one of the many payslips that were submitted.

When contacting the brokerage to make an offer. Respond angrily that the property will be sold for a much higher price. The realtor hangs up. Too bad for investors who were interested in multiple properties... Maybe the property could have been sold much sooner? A pity about this very professional action. We certainly won't cooperate with this realtor again in the future!
