This is a real estate agent who, at the time of signing, quickly adjusts the purchase agreement and conditions without consulting us, in my opinion also the seller or our purchasing broker. Wow, what would the professional association actually think about this.....Consistently failing to keep us informed, sending documents to our purchasing broker, and so on. The visit was a total waste of my time that the agent didn't even allow me to see the property, because she had an opinion that I wouldn't live there after I told her, neither myself nor anyone who decided that wasn't possible unless I can see full ownership, but I wasn't even allowed to see the house, insane experience and never heard of being forced to live there to buy and I'm talking about a cash deal, maybe even some discrimination that I plan to investigate. Anyway, very sad that an agency can apply such rules, not at all professional and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, also don’t visit unless you have nederlandborden or you are banished from a hol.
