This was adjusted in consultation. The presentation of the house on funda was good. It’s a shame that the printed prospectus wasn't made. Upon inquiry, a copy will be created anyway. We, as sellers, didn’t want a sign from the real estate agent in the garden. Attention was paid to this and we appreciate that.

Everything went far beyond expectations with H&S regarding the sale of my father's house. On the H&S website it says 'no sales pitches' and 'we like to surprise our customers with that extra step.' Well, this has turned out to be an understatement at H&S! What an incredible amount of work they performed (40+ viewings) and what excellent service they provided! Even though Siny, Linda and Tom have a busy schedule, they don't show it in their communication and always respond directly, professionally and positively. Even until late evenings and weekends. Very bad experience with this real estate agent. I would not recommend her, luckily she thinks very highly of herself. She did not communicate honestly and clearly to us about what her expectations were of us as clients, causing us to quickly lose confidence in her. 'You are welcome to view it and afterwards you can submit a bid via email with any conditions'....... 'We would also like to know if you want to make a reservation regarding financing'........... And so it went on! Unbelievable.......... If this were my realtor, I’d have fired him ala minute! Think before you start hiring these kinds of realtors, a disgrace to the NVM! Your reaction is shocking! Apparently, you haven’t understood that your behavior is inappropriate. Even if the market is 'overheated', some decency would be appropriate!

It's been a few months now since my wife and I bought our new house. We are very happy with our purchase in all respects and as skilled professional migrants from South Africa, we feel very welcome in the neighborhood. That being said, our experience after the initial viewing was unpleasant. During our first visit, Michel was on time, well-dressed and very pleasant and helpful. We felt good about the property in Oosterhout and proceeded to purchase with peace of mind. Once negotiations began and our offer was accepted, communication with him diminished somewhat and he became rude towards me and my wife. We asked questions to which he replied “not possible” or “not how we do things in the Netherlands,” only to find out that the owners completely agreed with our requests. I hesitated to write this review, but I have decided to share my experience because I believe the service could have been much better.
