Ruk website that doesn't work!! There's a sign in the garden but nowhere information. Still nothing on Funda....

Good advice and reliable
Terrible communication and failure to keep appointments. Once a preliminary agreement is signed (meaning the deal is secured), you hear nothing more from them! Definitely don't do business with them... a warned person counts for two.
Houses with a sign in the garden are only listed on the website very late. Information provision can be improved.
I just found it to be a nice neighborhood
