I'm a little disappointed. I registered and paid. I thought it would help to receive email notifications as soon as new homes are added, but that isn't happening... Ultimately, I view a new property of theirs via other sites, while several hours have already passed, and naturally many applications have already been submitted. I thought that by paying the costs (at least) I would get faster email notifications about new homes posted on the site, so I could react more quickly, but unfortunately that isn't happening...

Mr. Piqué does not value privacy. Enters the homes of multiple tenants without being asked. Edit 27-05-25 You are responding years later to this review and throwing in a few silly hashtags? Worthless. If you wanted to do something about it, you would have done it long ago

Hedwig and Nanda are very professional. This is one of the few websites that is worth the registration costs. They have a good offer, proactively contact you, and ensure that the process runs smoothly. After two months of applications and viewings, I can say that your-house excels in their service.

I created an account, paid money but didn't receive a code. Even after I told Hedwig personally and called multiple times, they haven't resolved my problem. I even sent my proof of payment. So I essentially paid for nothing, since I can’t even log in and apply for a property. Awful!

We are incredibly happy with Your House. There is regular availability with a wide selection of homes for 1-2 people but even for families. The managed properties almost always have an attractive location in and around the center of Utrecht. I've been renting through Your House for over 2.5 years. Communication is always transparent and fast, Hedwig and his colleagues are easily accessible. You don’t need to worry about old and dilapidated houses here. Repair requests are responded to quickly and the connected handymen in their network are friendly and tidy. Most importantly, the offered homes have a fair price and are cheaper than comparable homes nearby. Furthermore, a great advantage when viewing is that approximately 6 people are invited. This way you already know that you have a much higher chance of actually getting the property compared to real estate agents where 30+ people are invited for a viewing.

Registration costs paid so I could respond to a property. After my response, I was able to come by for a viewing. Due to work, I couldn't be there, but a friend wanted to go for me. Hedwig said it was also an option to send a video via Whatsapp the next day. Super nice, at least that’s what I thought. I haven't heard anything more. I tried several times to get in touch, but I never heard from them again. Now I see on the website that the relevant property has been rented out. A shame about the poor and unprofessional communication!

Fast and clear communication!

Although I paid 25 euros for the registration and responded to two houses within 1 hour of publication, I was rejected for viewings 2 days later due to too many visitors. I even called the phone number to reserve a spot, but it was transferred to someone else who promised to let your house know that they should call me back, but they never did. I find this completely unprofessional.

Nanda and Hedwig are incredibly efficient, warm, friendly, and involved in fulfilling the wishes of their customers. I would definitely recommend them for your search!

Poor service. Rude and not very helpful.

Initially, there were some problems with this broker after we had found a house through them. But after a good conversation, everything was resolved properly. And now I can say that I am ultimately very satisfied with the way things went!

We were very well assisted by Hedwig and Nanda in finding our fantastic new rental property. The communication was pleasant, clear, and fast, and all of our questions before we started renting, or during the process where we proceeded with the rental, were taken seriously and without haste. A baseline measurement was also performed in the property, in which Hedwig precisely inventoried the home. We are happy and would recommend Your House to everyone.
