Once had a mortgage with them. There is a problem with this mortgage. Went to their office. Hard reaction that I have a problem and I must pay for help.

Contact was good in itself. All viewings were crammed into one day with collective viewing. Many enthusiastic viewers but only 1 bid the next day. It wasn't a bad offer so we had to accept it. No more bids after that. We do have our doubts about that. Also, nothing more heard from any potentially interested parties after the viewing day.

Ondanks onze duidelijke financiële stabiliteit en een geschiedenis van meerdere (lopende) huurwoningen in Nederland, worden we overspoeld met eindeloze verzoeken om aanvullende informatie. Dit kost ons ongeveer drie weken van onze tijd zonder enige echte vooruitgang te boeken (nog steeds geen overeenkomst bereikt / de correspondentie loopt nog steeds). Hun incompetentie is schrijnend, blijkend uit het feit dat ze geen basisgegevens verstrekken zoals een mogelijke verhuisdatum of goedkeuring voor verbouwingen (kosten die wij zelf moeten dragen!). Duidelijke communicatie? Vrijwel onbestaande. Professionaliteit? Nergens te bekennen. Dit makelaarskantoor is het toonbeeld van inefficiëntie en slechte service op de vastgoedmarkt van Wassenaar (ik spreek uit ervaring, aangezien we daar al een huis huren). NB: Ik schrijf deze recensie voordat ik een reactie van de makelaar (Jet) heb ontvangen, omdat ik eigenlijk al heb besloten om verder te gaan, tenzij hun houding en servicekwaliteit radicaal veranderen. Ik raad u ten zeerste af om uw tijd te verspillen aan Buise Doedijns Agenten. Zoek elders voor uw vastgoedbehoeften.

[Dutch / English below] At the beginning of this year (Jan 2025), we attempted to purchase an apartment on Rapenburg through this real estate agency. This purchase ultimately fell through because the agent withheld crucial documents about the property's condition. The agent received critical VvE minutes on January 3rd containing information about serious defects in the property. The largest cost item was a complete roof renovation. These documents were only shared two weeks later after the neighbors informed us of their existence. Very proper of the neighbors; unacceptable for a real estate agent.

Following a very bad experience with another real estate agency, I was looking for a new one. I ended up at De Haagsche Makelaar. From the first contact, they came across as very pleasant to me. Marijn and Kasper took all the time for me and listened well to what I wanted. They did an excellent job despite my difficult-to-sell property, due to its illogical layout, and due to the poor sales period. If I were to sell my current house again, I would definitely return to De Haagsche Makelaar.

In 2021 many homes were viewed and purchased. Had a lot of contact with various real estate agents, no experience gained with the Hague realtor at that time. Because I am looking around again for a somewhat larger apartment, I requested a viewing for an apartment that was listed on Funda by this realtor. I was immediately called to schedule a date. On the day of the viewing, I was called whether it could be at another time due to a double appointment, a bit sloppy but it can happen. Viewed the apartment, had some advantages and a few disadvantages, asked if they had any extra documents regarding the VVE (homeowners association), which is not entirely unimportant with an apartment; he did not have those and also no business card. This is what I am used to, a bit sloppy. Just send an email to the Hague realtor. Did that immediately, let a few days pass and sent another email, again no response. A shame but I must agree with the negative Google reviews. Extra info, he contacted me by phone and still delivered the information. He was open to my feedback and indicated that there was no deliberate intent in the game but that it slipped through.
