Do you have to give 1 or 2 stars to a company where you don't have a good feeling. Would I recommend this real estate agent, no. Why not? The tangible reason is that during the intake they gave a price indication of 439K, then you put it on funda for 425K without consultation, selling for 390K is obviously not worth a beauty price. Especially since the offer was 385 and you proudly made it 390 ha ha. The intangible is the feeling that it was a secret deal where buyer and seller had the same real estate agent. More or less confirmed by the slip of the tongue of a colleague who indicated that it was the Wake-up call of the buying party and later corrected himself when I indicated that I was the selling party. He was also a bit smooth. December would be a prime sales time than February but when it still wasn't sold in January, January was probably better. If I wanted to contact him, I had to ask multiple times there. It actually only happened when I asked via the office while I did have his 06 and he would respond if it suited him. Furthermore, the photographer lost the photos and had to do it again. So he came himself to get my keys and not return them. I had to ask the real estate agent to get them back to me. The last email with confirmation of transfer date and time didn't match, I had to correct them. And there is still more where I wasn't happy but then this review would become too long.

I find that a bit unfair, because we also viewed many houses and experienced the same problems. Some houses attract 80 to 90 interested parties, and a real estate agent simply cannot schedule separate appointments for all these people. Suppose a real estate agent spends half an hour with each of 80 people, you are already just busy with viewings for a week, and with the handling it quickly takes three weeks. The seller often wants to sell the house within days. So I think it's unfair to assume bad intentions. It is better to be positive about good intentions, that is my opinion. Bad experience with the owner/broker During the viewing on Friday, we hardly received any information about the property. When we asked how the further process would proceed, we were told that there was no closing date and that we could simply submit a bid by email or phone. On Monday, we made an offer, on Tuesday we called, and in the afternoon on Tuesday, we received an email saying that the house had already been sold. During telephone contact, we received a vague and confusing story. Apparently, another party had already submitted a bid on Friday or Saturday, which was initially insufficient. Subsequently, a counter-offer was made and accepted without informing us about it (we are talking about 0 working days). Nevertheless, he repeatedly stated that if it doesn't go through, I will call you! but also that the reconsideration period has already passed and it is final. And the house still stands “for sale” on Funda. No communication, no transparency. Everything was unprofessional. Not a pleasant experience. We won’t be using DE WEKKER Makelaardij again. Sidenote: giving the 1 star review shows a pattern.

As unfortunately more rental agents are abusing their tenants in the current market, De Raad is no exception. De Raad enters into agreements with dubious parties where a lot of money must be advanced. These parties are also not afraid to collect extra money unsolicited and with vague reasons. De Raad itself also likes to keep all the money you give them. You can assume that you will absolutely not get your deposit back, regardless of how neatly the property is handed over. I will advise everyone to stay as far away as possible from this party with its unpleasant and greedy employees.

Afterwards, we feel misled and deceived by the real estate agent regarding (for us) important characteristics of the apartment. Had we known these things beforehand, we would not have signed! In retrospect, we should never have entered into an agreement with Raad.

Hi, Last December in 2023, my girlfriend and I rented an apartment in the Ananascomplex. During the move, we discovered that the balcony door was not properly delivered, because it could not be closed. As a result, the Raad Makelaars (Council of Real Estate Agents) were negligent. We also properly raised this issue to resolve it, and it would only happen a thick month later. A few days later, during a storm, this balcony door also flew open while in the closed position, causing the intermediate door to slam shut with a loud bang, resulting in considerable damage to the intermediate door and frame. We tried to claim that the Raad Makelaars should resolve this because they were negligent in properly delivering the balcony door. They take absolutely no responsibility as an organization and also blame us for what happened, while they are negligent in properly delivering the balcony door. We tried to keep the balcony door closed with boxes, but the balcony door repeatedly blew open. Ultimately, a month later the door was repaired, and the repairman indicated that parts were missing from the balcony door. This meant that the balcony door could never be locked. I would think twice about doing business with this party, because they simply cannot take responsibility as an organization and they just blame you when they are negligent.

Rented a garage box. It turned out to be leaky. Had to throw everything away. Reported this multiple times. Nothing was done about it. Afterwards, cancelled the box. When returning the key, the employee said, 'This box is neatly and dry,' while the wall was soaking wet. Was therefore completely unaware. We have to wait 4 weeks for the deposit back. We cancelled last month's rent. This was discussed via telephone. They were supposed to inquire about it. We haven’t received a callback yet. It has now been 3 weeks and another phone call later. Received an immediate notification that we still need to pay rent. Very sad service.
