Do you have to give 1 or 2 stars to a company where you don't have a good feeling. Would I recommend this real estate agent, no. Why not? The tangible reason is that during the intake they gave a price indication of 439K, then you put it on funda for 425K without consultation, selling for 390K is obviously not worth a beauty price. Especially since the offer was 385 and you proudly made it 390 ha ha. The intangible is the feeling that it was a secret deal where buyer and seller had the same real estate agent. More or less confirmed by the slip of the tongue of a colleague who indicated that it was the Wake-up call of the buying party and later corrected himself when I indicated that I was the selling party. He was also a bit smooth. December would be a prime sales time than February but when it still wasn't sold in January, January was probably better. If I wanted to contact him, I had to ask multiple times there. It actually only happened when I asked via the office while I did have his 06 and he would respond if it suited him. Furthermore, the photographer lost the photos and had to do it again. So he came himself to get my keys and not return them. I had to ask the real estate agent to get them back to me. The last email with confirmation of transfer date and time didn't match, I had to correct them. And there is still more where I wasn't happy but then this review would become too long.

We had a viewing at a property and got the strong impression that we were having a personal viewing because we were allowed to come and look between 2:00 PM and 2:15 PM. While writing this message, I read a review where someone complained about busyness and portrayed themselves as a victim. I find that a bit unfair, because we also viewed many houses and experienced the same problems. Some houses attract 80 to 90 interested parties, and a real estate agent simply cannot schedule separate appointments for all these people. Suppose a real estate agent spends half an hour with each of 80 people, you are already just busy with viewings for a week, and with the handling it quickly takes three weeks. The seller often wants to sell the house within days. So I think it's unfair to assume bad intentions. It is better to be positive about good intentions, that is my opinion. Bad experience with the owner/broker During the viewing on Friday, we hardly received any information about the property. When we asked how the further process would proceed, we were told that there was no closing date and that we could simply submit a bid by email or phone. On Monday, we made an offer, on Tuesday we called, and in the afternoon on Tuesday, we received an email saying that the house had already been sold. During telephone contact, we received a vague and confusing story. Apparently, another party had already submitted a bid on Friday or Saturday, which was initially insufficient. Subsequently, a counter-offer was made and accepted without informing us about it (we are talking about 0 working days). Nevertheless, he repeatedly stated that if it doesn't go through, I will call you! but also that the reconsideration period has already passed and it is final. And the house still stands “for sale” on Funda. No communication, no transparency. Everything was unprofessional. Not a pleasant experience. We won’t be using DE WEKKER Makelaardij again. Sidenote: giving the 1 star review shows a pattern.

Via Google, a response within 24 hours. Are you justifying that you don't respond for 2 weeks? And also not calling back. The employee in Lisse even says he saw it but didn't react to it. It was also clearly stated for what purpose the appraisal should be carried out. That too was entered incorrectly twice. I don’t know what kind of reference properties you are looking at, but everything nearby. Even one that is 10m² smaller and in approximately the same condition, is appraised for this amount. I assume an appraisal is properly executed with neat photos in a report. Of course, it's very easy to blame a new employee’s mistakes on the customer. But hey. You are naturally also a budget appraiser, so you can't expect too much.

Unheard of this, the seller accepts your offer and both the buyer’s agent and the selling agent (Arie) congratulate you. After that, best Arie doesn’t respond to the emails and phone calls from your buyer’s agent. While they are busy drafting your contract at the office (Wekker) the next day, this fine man tells you that a higher offer has been submitted. Geachte Yarim, Ik ga het u nogmaals uitleggen. Ik moet als verkoopmakelaar de belangen behartigen van de verkopende partij. Zolang er nog geen koopovereenkomst is getekend is er nog geen koop. We hebben nadat we uw voorstel mondeling hebben geaccepteerd nog een voorstel binnen gekregen. Deze moet ik bij mijn klanten neerleggen en ze zijn dan vrij om daarmee verder te gaan. Ik heb direct contact gehad met uw aankoopmakelaar en de situatie uitgelegd. Hij kan dit bevestigen. We zijn niet al met een koopovereenkomst bezig geweest voor u. Ik snap uw frustratie. Ook voor mij is dit niet leuk om iemand te moeten teleurstellen. Echter alles is volgens de regels gegaan en dat weet u ook. Wellicht is het verstandig om nog eens over u relaas na te denken. Hopelijk komt er snel een nieuwe geschikte woning te koop en wellicht is dat weer bij mij. Ik wens u succes met het aankopen van een woning in deze moeilijke tijden in de huizen markt. There was a poor response to the contact form. For the first contact, I had to personally follow up later because the appraiser was on vacation. Later another request was sent, but no response was received. No good follow-up online. I would have at least expected them to approach me as a customer more actively. Beste N H, Ik begrijp de teleurstelling dat het weer niet is gelukt een woning te kopen. Zoals bekend is er momenteel een woning te kort. Hierdoor gaan veel verkopen boven de vraagprijs. Als er meerdere voorstellen verwacht worden op een woning gaan we een inschrijving doen waarna de verkoper een beslissing zal nemen aan wie hij de woning zal verkopen. Wij voeren de prijs dus niet op dit is de huidige markt. En dan nu vervolgens je vrienden vragen ook allemaal 1 ster te geven om zo je frustratie te botvieren is natuurlijk wel heel erg kinderachtig. Ben nu toch heel benieuwd om welke woning dit gaat waar u een bieding op hebt gedaan. Uiteraard kan het zijn dat er hier een fout is gemaakt maar kan dat pas uitzoeken als u zegt waarom het gaat of de telefoon een keer opneemt
