Moet je nu 1 of 2 sterren geven aan een bedrijf waar je geen goed gevoel bij hebt. Zou ik deze makelaar aanbevelen, nee. Waarom niet? de tastbaar reden, bij de intake een prijs indicatie 439K geven dan je hem op funda zet en voor 425K zonder overleg, verkopen voor 390K is natuurlijk geen schoonheidsprijs waard. Vooral als het bod 385 was en je vol trots er 390 van maakt ha ha. Het ontastbare is het gevoel dat het een onderonsje was dat koper en verkoper dezelfde makelaar hadden. Min of meer bevestigd door de slip of the tongue van een collega die aangaf dat de Wekker van de aankopende partij was en zich achteraf corrigeerde toen ik aangaf dat ik de verkopende partij was. Ook was hij is een beetje een gladde. December zou een prima verkoop tijd zijn dan februari maar toen het nog niet verkocht was in jan was jan waarschijnlijk beter. Als ik contact wilde moest ik daar meerdere keren om vragen. Het gebeurde eigenlijk alleen als ik het via het kantoor vroeg terwijl ik wel zijn 06 had en hij apte als het hem gelegen kwam. Verder is de fotograaf de foto’s kwijt geraakt en moest het nog een keer. Die kwam dus zelf mijn sleutels halen en niet terugbrengen. Ik heb er om moeten vragen bij de makelaar om ze bij mij terug te krijgen. De laatste email met bevestiging overdracht dag en tijd klopte niet, moest ik ze corrigeren. En er is nog meer waar ik niet blij van werd maar dan wordt deze review wel heel lang.

Ondanks dat de woning uiteindelijk vrij vlot verkocht werd, maakte de makelaar meerdere fouten in het hele verkoop process waardoor we ze niet aan kunnen raden. We had a viewing at a property and got the strong impression that we were having a personal viewing because we were allowed to come and look between 2:00 PM and 2:15 PM. While writing this message, I read a review where someone complained about busyness and portrayed themselves as a victim. I find that a bit unfair, because we also viewed many houses and experienced the same problems. Some houses attract 80 to 90 interested parties, and a real estate agent simply cannot schedule separate appointments for all these people. Suppose a real estate agent spends half an hour with each of 80 people, you are already just busy with viewings for a week, and with the handling it quickly takes three weeks. The seller often wants to sell the house within days. So I think it's unfair to assume bad intentions. It is better to be positive about good intentions, that is my opinion. Bad experience with the owner/broker During the viewing on Friday, we hardly received any information about the property. When we asked how the further process would proceed, we were told that there was no closing date and that we could simply submit a bid by email or phone. On Monday, we made an offer, on Tuesday we called, and in the afternoon on Tuesday, we received an email saying that the house had already been sold. During telephone contact, we received a vague and confusing story. Apparently, another party had already submitted a bid on Friday or Saturday, which was initially insufficient. Subsequently, a counter-offer was made and accepted without informing us about it (we are talking about 0 working days). Nevertheless, he repeatedly stated that if it doesn't go through, I will call you! but also that the reconsideration period has already passed and it is final. And the house still stands “for sale” on Funda. No communication, no transparency. Everything was unprofessional. Not a pleasant experience. We won’t be using DE WEKKER Makelaardij again. Sidenote: giving the 1 star review shows a pattern.

Quick and friendly assistance from Arie van Valderen as a purchasing agent. He always responded within a short time and explained everything I didn't understand. I said that I wanted to have everything finalized as quickly as possible, and he took my wishes into account. Within a very short time (approximately 1 week after our first conversation), an offer was placed on a property (I had selected a few properties myself and scheduled viewings). Within 2 weeks, the draft purchase agreement was ready for me. Arie clearly and carefully answered my questions. The other employees were also attentive and helpful. I would recommend this agent and agency to everyone in the region.

Two weeks after the commission for an appraisal, I received the message that their appraisal report had not been approved. Two costly weeks lost because of this. Unprofessional and incompetent. Highly not recommended!

2x a call was made to Wekker; in the past to sell our house and recently to have our house appraised. Both times unfortunately disappointed in this real estate agent. For the sale of our house, they sent an apprentice who clearly wasn't very far along in his training. The appraisal was carried out based on assumptions and the communication was poor. I would therefore not recommend this real estate agent. Response to the below reaction from Mr. van Valderen: We contacted you following the above because I wanted to find a solution. The assumptions I am talking about were then discussed extensively, and we agreed that the communication had much to be desired. You offered to put me in contact with another appraiser from your network to have a new appraisal carried out. Unfortunately, after this phone call, I never heard back from you or an appraiser from your network. Therefore, for me, sufficient reason to leave this review.

Via Google, a response within 24 hours. Are you justifying that you don't respond for 2 weeks? And also not calling back. The employee in Lisse even says he saw it but didn't react to it. It was also clearly stated for what purpose the appraisal should be carried out. That too was entered incorrectly twice. I don’t know what kind of reference properties you are looking at, but everything nearby. Even one that is 10m² smaller and in approximately the same condition, is appraised for this amount. I assume an appraisal is properly executed with neat photos in a report. Of course, it's very easy to blame a new employee’s mistakes on the customer. But hey. You are naturally also a budget appraiser, so you can't expect too much.

After that, best Arie doesn’t respond to the emails and phone calls from your buyer’s agent. Geachte Yarim, Ik ga het u nogmaals uitleggen. Ik moet als verkoopmakelaar de belangen behartigen van de verkopende partij. Zolang er nog geen koopovereenkomst is getekend is er nog geen koop. We hebben nadat we uw voorstel mondeling hebben geaccepteerd nog een voorstel binnen gekregen. Deze moet ik bij mijn klanten neerleggen en ze zijn dan vrij om daarmee verder te gaan. Ik heb direct contact gehad met uw aankoopmakelaar en de situatie uitgelegd. Hij kan dit bevestigen. We zijn niet al met een koopovereenkomst bezig geweest voor u. Ik snap uw frustratie. Ook voor mij is dit niet leuk om iemand te moeten teleurstellen. Echter alles is volgens de regels gegaan en dat weet u ook. Wellicht is het verstandig om nog eens over u relaas na te denken. Hopelijk komt er snel een nieuwe geschikte woning te koop en wellicht is dat weer bij mij. Ik wens u succes met het aankopen van een woning in deze moeilijke tijden in de huizen markt. There was a poor response to the contact form. For the first contact, I had to personally follow up later because the appraiser was on vacation. Later another request was sent, but no response was received. No good follow-up online. I would have at least expected them to approach me as a customer more actively. We therefore chose a different appraiser.

Beste N H, Ik begrijp de teleurstelling dat het weer niet is gelukt een woning te kopen. Zoals bekend is er momenteel een woning te kort. Hierdoor gaan veel verkopen boven de vraagprijs. Als er meerdere voorstellen verwacht worden op een woning gaan we een inschrijving doen waarna de verkoper een beslissing zal nemen aan wie hij de woning zal verkopen. Wij voeren de prijs dus niet op dit is de huidige markt. En dan nu vervolgens je vrienden vragen ook allemaal 1 ster te geven om zo je frustratie te botvieren is natuurlijk wel heel erg kinderachtig. Ben nu toch heel benieuwd om welke woning dit gaat waar u een bieding op hebt gedaan. Uiteraard kan het zijn dat er hier een fout is gemaakt maar kan dat pas uitzoeken als u zegt waarom het gaat of de telefoon een keer opneemt
