In the purchase phase, everything goes well, contact is easy and questions are handled properly. But as soon as the purchase is made, everything goes wrong: calls are not answered, calling back is a concept they don't know (just like answering emails) and providing information is completely out of the question. Such a shame! It seems that Recradroom thinks their customers are clairvoyant. Basically a good company, but one or more employees really need to take a customer contact course.
