Unprofessional party. Tried to sell a house. Do not provide updates in between. When a buyer finally appears, it suddenly falls through. You don't get a response to emails. We are going to look for another party to sell our beautiful home.

In the purchase phase, everything goes well, contact is easy and questions are handled properly. But as soon as the purchase is made, everything goes wrong: calls are not answered, calling back is a concept they don't know (just like answering emails) and providing information is completely out of the question. Such a shame! It seems that Recradroom thinks their customers are clairvoyant. Basically a good company, but one or more employees really need to take a customer contact course.

Ridiculous party that unfortunately doesn't keep their agreements. Almost always unreachable, not calling back where they promise to do so. I should have known better when I saw how extremely unprofessional and messy the website was put together, but unfortunately still went into business with this party which I deeply regret. Therefore, I would strongly advise everyone not to sell their holiday home through this party, there are really countless agencies in the Netherlands that are more suitable for this and treat their customers much more professionally.

So I visited 2 holiday homes, one in Utrecht and one in Harderwijk. This company is not transparent with communication. They told me that once you buy it, it's your chalet, you can live in it 365 days a year. Legally, it is also not permitted according to the campsite’s policy to permanently reside in the holiday home. Subsequently, I called the reception at the campsite and found out that what Recradroom Makelaars said was incorrect. Stay away from this company.

I myself have had very bad experiences with this real estate agent. I would not recommend him to anyone. He never answers his phone and doesn't keep his promises. Three months later, nothing has been achieved yet, unfortunately! Furthermore, he tries to sell the house for € 20,000 above the asking price and does not work with a commission.
