Very poor in communication and handling. Defects had already been reported during the handover of our home. Also mentioned in the handover report, the real estate agent simply stated at the handover that they didn't have time to test it further. When it was reported within a week that it was really broken, the real estate agent disappeared and no action was taken because the buyer and seller must resolve this together.

In all cases, take an expert with you and have a structural survey carried out. Especially if it seems too good to be true. We bought a house through this real estate agent: maintenance-free and ready to move in. Too many things were not reported, such as the kitchen's construction year but appliances transferred, making them appear much older. Roof: stated that no damage or repairs had been carried out. That turned out to be absolutely untrue. The damage is enormous, partly due to neglected maintenance. Boiler: poorly maintained. Rejected and now replaced. Electricity, in some places installed unprofessionally and dangerously. Bathroom furniture was many years older than reported. And I could go on like this. Be warned about the real estate agent and also the seller.

This is not the realtor I want to do business with and definitely don't recommend. People with two left hands and no understanding of house constructions, please engage an independent party who has oversight of house construction. After viewing a property on the bredenrodelaan in veenendaal, a nice house that I was enthusiastic about due to the description on Funda. Why I went to view this house: Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood, central heating boiler replaced in 2012, kitchen and bathroom replaced in 2017/2018 (kitchen appliances quite new), beautiful stone detached storage room in the garden. During the viewing, I observed and experienced this. Central heating boiler maintenance in 2012 and installed in 2006! The kitchen was replaced in 2009, meaning the kitchen and appliances are already 10 years old instead of 1 to 2 years! Wooden frame with steel plates with stone pattern in the garden, i.e., not a detached stone storage room! Leakage in the extension; according to their calculation, this would cost €150 per m2 to repair the roof - this is the most favorable situation. I'd rather assume the worst and then you won’t manage with €150 per m2. Nice calculations, but don't fall for them; they talk about money as if you have a money tree growing on your back. This was my experience. Then another friend of mine also went to view a house offered by zonneberg makelaardij, the roof of the property had been replaced a year ago. My friend didn’t trust it either and brought his uncle along during the 2nd viewing (uncle is a contractor); the roof turned out not to have been replaced at all and dates back to the handover of the property - approximately 20 years old. Scandalous! You have to pay a lot of money for a home, so buy from a good realtor who cares about their profession. Don't fall for their nice stories. Beware!!!! I confronted the realtor with these typos, and they said it would be corrected immediately, but that still hasn’t happened, hence my review!
