🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮never again, but really never again Domica here especially the branch in Venlo. This so-called 'manager' of the Venlo branch does not listen to the interests of the tenants but rather to the interests of the landlord. Because that's where part of his salary comes from. First acquaintance end 2015 and immediately € 500,- intermediary costs asked. This is against the law. But because we had to move out of the old apartment I did not have much choice. Once signed we could move in at the beginning of 2016. During the handover the defects of the kitchen were made known. Until my departure end June 2025 nothing was done about it. Why not? Because the landlord was not informed. Mold in bathroom and living room. Immediately fingers are pointed that we did not ventilate properly. 9 years of having to live with mold. A completely useless ventilation was installed and the ceiling was sealed. But the problem kept coming back. Again this nice gentleman was approached but he made nothing of it. When I finally could terminate the rent this year I had informed the landlord that I did not want to do a handover with this so-called manager. The landlord agreed to this. When we viewed the apartment together the landlord came to the conclusion that he had not been informed about all the problems in the apartment. This conclusion I had already reached years earlier but at that time the landlord unfortunately did nothing about it. Ultimately he understood me and said that he regrets this. But now he is letting the apartment be sold by the same 'manager'. I hope that the new owners do not go into the mist. But I think the mold problem will come back. So people what you do is up to yourselves. But for me no more Domica.
