Bad experience buying a house. Takes too little time for the viewing. It was neglected that there was a building ban on a piece of land. This was only told to us by the notary. Allegedly, he did not hear this. Also during the follow-up inspection, only the meter readings were recorded. During the first time showering we already had a blockage. Further, many defects in the house, among others an air conditioner that only cools and does not heat, leaks. If you buy a house through this real estate agent, first make sure to be well informed everywhere. I will not buy a house anymore through this real estate agent.
