Because the organization sometimes seems to claim that they have nothing to do with us, you can read a review here. They claim to have 15 years of experience, while the person who helped us was a bus driver before (!) We not only lost a lot of money by engaging this real estate agency, but we have also seen similar incidents in the Zoetermeer area with the same people. Check their reviews on Trustpilot! A very disappointing real estate agency, especially Ivo and the so-called 'owner' Bert van der Krogt stand out. Our dedicated real estate agent didn't even have a professional real estate background; he used to work for the Haagse Tram. The entire business model is based on a commission structure that is not shared within the office. Real estate agents – internally trained by Remax and not certified by the NVM – earn exclusively from their own sales. This model does not serve the client's interests. In an already difficult housing market, potential buyers were not proactively referred or encouraged, simply because this would not benefit the agent personally. This undermines the seller's position fundamentally. Throughout the entire sales process, we received a stream of excuses about the lack of progress: 'The sun is shining, people are at the beach.' 'It's raining, so people stay indoors.' We even had to organize open houses ourselves. Under the supervision of owner Bert van der Krogt, a sale was arranged for a property belonging to agent Ivo's daughter – which was privately sold to a third party. This felt at least very suspicious. After confronting them with this and clearly stating that we no longer wanted to be represented by Remax – after three-quarters of a year on the market – we switched real estate agencies, despite multiple threats from Bert. The NVM-certified agent who took over only needed one open house to sell the property and did so in a professional, transparent, and genuinely service-oriented manner.

Britt van der Krogt was our sales agent and our purchase agent and has guided us fantastically. She is knowledgeable, easy to reach, quick to respond and knows the market like the back of her hand.
