When buying your first house, it does feel a bit like being in a car garage, but I was properly guided on what is important, sometimes even outside office hours. There is also enough legal and technical knowledge onboard. They have a good team, for all other matters related to buying a house as well. I could even borrow a van for moving. It was simply a pleasant collaboration and buying a house has become much more 'normal' for a layman like me.

I have never been received as a buyer with such disinterest, what a distance I experienced during the tour. There was little to no opportunity to view the property, although it was my dream home.....I would never have proceeded with the purchase. Perhaps the real estate agent had a bad day, but in my opinion, he should have rescheduled the appointment. In good times, the real estate agent may be able to permit this, but during the difficult times that are coming, no property will be sold in this way. The real estate agent also contacted me after months to remove the review. I seriously considered it, but chose to elaborate a little more. Very bad experience with this real estate professional. He doesn't keep appointments and hardly communicates at all. This has led to us withdrawing (very good) offer on a renovation property and no longer wanting to work together with him and his partners.
