'Don't worry, we'll take care of everything' - and that’s exactly what happened. Furthermore: at one point Michiel could have closed the deal and walked away with his commission, we would never have known, but he chose to try again. He truly looks after your interests, even if you don’t realize it yourself. Two small areas for improvement are: communicating more sharply, and doing things that you say you'll do, even small things. All in all very satisfied. Suitable for repetition.

Be careful when dealing with this realtor, especially with Akash or someone from his network. They run a well-organized scam where they rent and sell houses without the owner's permission. Their main targets are expats, foreigners, and students—people who have little legal power to do anything about it. They provide false contracts and disappear as soon as payment is made, without responding to calls or messages. Akash initially denied any involvement, but after being confronted with evidence, he chose to pay instead of pursuing legal action. This isn't personal, Akash... people just need to know how serious and unethical this scam is. VBO will be informed very shortly. You will also have to pay for your delay and irresponsible behavior.

Total scam. The contract was based on an irrelevant template for an apartment that had nothing to do with the (dilapidated, pest-ridden and overpriced) house. Our deposit is still not returned after 6 months, and they have unlawfully increased the price, despite other agreements. When employees choose to communicate, it happens in an unprofessional and unfair manner. We were lied to and neglected, thanks for nothing! -10 stars.

The worst and most unprofessional agency in Amsterdam, there is a high chance you will be scammed by them. Akash is a professional scammer. He uses another company and a partner named Santos to hide his dirty work. There are five other names involved: Mudi, a Pakistani scammer, and Sada, also a Pakistani scammer. Mudi and Sada studied at the HvA in Amsterdam and cheat other students through advertisements with fake contracts. Akash knows about this, supports them, and exploits the housing crisis. Be careful with all the names mentioned above. ADD will most likely be classified as fraud soon. These people will probably use other names or companies, but generally be alert.
