I have moved 47 times. 27 homes and houses were my property. I have met many brokers. Every conversation with a broker started with the asking price of the object. Then it was only about those costs of the broker such as: Photo-Video representation, personal engagement and finally the broker's sales percentage. Finally, naturally, the asking price of the object was too high and he immediately presented similar objects with a much lower price. I recognized the same thing in every broker to sell as quickly as possible to quickly come to their profit. With my last home sale, I discovered QB’s Ad. The costs such as photo- and video reportage, advertisements, dimensions etc., personal engagement, everything was at QB’s expense, no prepayment and his final price, sales profit percentage inclusive, all in all less than € 4000.00. His motto: No cure No pay. And I could cancel him without owing him any compensation. Within 3 months the house was sold. He arranged everything, the notary and the payment inclusive. Through Qamran, I experienced the difference of real estate agents - in a negative way. I chose based on the price of QB. My apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and has a new central heating boiler (2023) and bought-out leasehold. According to Qamran, it would be sold like that. However, another real estate agent warned me and was right. In 4 weeks only 1 viewer. So I switched to the other office and it was sold just like that (within 9 days). You think, all real estate agents do the same thing, but now I can confirm that cheap is also cheap and you are better off hiring an agent who costs a bit more and is realistic and prepares your house for sale because that's a separate profession. The other agent had over 30 viewings within 1 week and sold it for more than QB had promised me. My tip: carefully review the reviews on Funda and how long properties are listed for sale. Compare the presentations and ask thoroughly what they do for their courtage.

Short note: “DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!” They just want to deceive and fool you, they will try to win your trust and then show their true selves. (They deducted 1500 euros of our money without any reason) In our case we had an apartment of 45 square meters that we rented from them, firstly they accepted nothing that we asked to bring. They gave us the apartment with parking space, without a parking space for the same price (overbidding). They wanted to charge us 250 for just electricity and water contracts when we got there! The worst thing happened when we checked out, their employee checked out in advance and assessed everything, she said oh everything is so clean and good and took pictures and spoke with us and gained our trust. So we dropped the keys and accepted the check-out without being present, so that we could go to our next location, they charged us 1500 euros for nothing. Can you imagine that they charged 600 euros for cleaning a very clean apartment that we returned to them? Or for a chair of the lowest quality from Ikea costing 13 euro which was slightly scratched, they charged 170 euro! Absolutely nothing, and this value was deducted from our deposit, so we had to hire a lawyer and do a lot of back and forth, and then they paid back half!! We didn't want to go to court and just accepted it. Be very careful or don’t work with them!

I found Bianca Combee completely unreliable and very unprofessional. After I hired a lawyer and filed a lawsuit against her, I finally got my deposit and agency fees back. That is really a shame, because she was very friendly and helpful at first and as a small realtor, I wanted her to succeed. Unfortunately, she charged illegal agency fees while working for the landlord and then tried to withhold my deposit for damaged items that were never mentioned in the signed check-out report when I left the apartment. Because she knew I would be leaving the Netherlands on the day of the check-out, she took advantage of this by withholding a large percentage of my deposit and became offensive and arrogant in her emails to prevent me from contacting her. I want to warn everyone to avoid Bianca Combee Housing Services and seek out a professional realtor you can trust. I also advise contacting Amstelveense Woningstichting, which has received many complaints about Bianca Combee's Housing Services due to unprofessional behavior.
