Frustrated! That's the best way I can describe my personal experience with Brockhoff Makelaars. I have been trying to rent a property from Brockhoff for two weeks. I found a property, created an IDD profile and submitted the available documents. Then everything started to become confusing... Brockhoff asked for documents that were not available, such as an income statement (IB60), an extract from the Basic Administration (BBA), a declaration from the landlord... Come on, I moved to Amsterdam 20 days ago, how do you expect me to have such documents? But I did provide the following: BSN number, bank account number, copy of identity document (residence permit), two payslips, a statement from the candidate, an employer's declaration with gross salary,...
