JTMD property management was a superb real estate agent. We couldn't have asked for better!! For every house we viewed, he gave sound advice.
Keeping appointments, that's not the problem. But how the agreements are made is. Unfortunately, my house was evicted because the reason was “urgent self-use”. jtmd agreed with this. This is not the case, the house is being rented by someone else. Tip for anyone who ever does business with these people, things won’t go as they should. Be warned!

My room was small, but the apartment was nice. A great balcony with a view of the lake, the tram below and the metro and bus not far, not far from Plein 40'45', a gas station next door, well, very conveniently located. Jan remains available. If there is a problem in the house, he sends someone within the next 2/3 days. Nice experience!

For years, I have been renting out homes through John for expats and migrant workers. The contact always runs smoothly. He manages it very well, so small issues related to the properties are always resolved quickly. He is also knowledgeable about legislation, which works very pleasantly! Absolutely one of the best real estate agents in the region!
I was evicted (together with 3 tenants) after I moved into a room in Amsterdam for 4 months (due to so-called rule changes). Hundreds of euros in administrative costs were charged, even though I found the room on their website. I had to pay waste disposal tax for the entire year because one of the tenants did not register with the municipality. I received absolutely no response after I sent him a message via WhatsApp about the tax.
