Corné and Anouk helped us fantastically. First our house appeared on Facebook, so it would generate viewers, then it appeared on funda. Within a week, 15 viewings. So we didn't need a photographer and didn't incur costs for funda. That it is listed on funda with 1 photo is of course good for the real estate agent; they can show that they have sold another house and rightfully so. Corné kept the lines short, which made communication easy. …
The contact went well. It felt familiar immediately. We had contact with Corné and with Anouk. Both were very helpful and easily accessible.

I experienced the contact with Corne and Anouk as very pleasant. What I, as a seller, appreciated was Corne's knowledge of the local market and using it to my advantage as a seller at a good price.
After becoming curious following the online advertisement of a nice house, we decided to schedule a viewing. This viewing (Wednesday) already started somewhat chaotically because another couple was not yet finished with their viewing and we subsequently stood in the living room with five people, which felt quite uncomfortable. The entire tactic of increasing pressure by scheduling appointments tightly one after another is familiar to us, but this was at least subtle. Corné then gave a general tour of the house, with a standard introductory speech. During the tour, the gentleman appears very uninterested and continues working on his laptop downstairs. When we subsequently take the initiative and ask how any potential bids would work, the gentleman is very unclear. No exact date or time, but he wants to 'give it a final blow' this week. We sleep on it for one night and the next day (Thursday) we decide (with some additional questions) to call to make a potential bid. The gentleman’s reaction was very irritated and he informs us that an offer has actually already been accepted. If we still want to make a bid, it must be within the next half hour. Due to this time pressure and unsociable treatment, we decided ultimately not to place a bid. It would have been quite possible that the sellers of the property in question missed out on thousands of euros, because we wanted to offer a generous amount. In our opinion, Corné is a man who wants to fill his pockets as quickly and hastily as possible, without any empathy for either buyer or seller. We advise you to stay far away from this real estate agent!
Corne comes across as very arrogant during a viewing. Doesn't bother to walk along and gives off a bad feeling. If we send a message to the office after a few days saying that the property doesn't align with our wishes, we don't even get a response. I certainly won't sell my house through this real estate agent either!
Corné is the typical stereotypical example of a real estate agent you don't want to encounter. Opaque, more concerned with his phone than the viewing, everything must be quick quick, later rude and unfriendly on the phone, when you want to make an offer, the deadline is moved and an unrealistic timeframe between announcement of sale, viewing, and deadline. We have deep pockets and were willing to go well above the asking price because we really wanted the house. However, Mr. van Tetering single-handedly sabotaged an extremely good bid for the sellers. This is entirely due to his unprofessional approach. Reviews had already been read before the appointment. These bad reviews became reality in our case as well. It says enough that Corné is known among his fellow real estate agents as a man who goes for easy work and quick money. Take advantage of this and walk a little further to a skilled and reliable real estate agent when selling. There are more than enough of these nowadays. A shame for the industry that Mr. van Tetering behaves differently.
Viewed property with Mr. Corne, conversation went well. Verbally agreed that I would send an email, naturally done. Neatly sent a message to see if he received the email. The reply was that the property owner was on vacation and would return to it. Didn't do it myself, contacted again, very vague conversation. 5 or 6 weeks later, I contacted the property owner myself, but the property owner knew nothing about it. He said they were supposed to have a meeting with the real estate agent last Friday and that I would receive a call, which also didn't happen. Not nice.
A very unprofessional company with which we never want to do business again in the future. After submitting a bid, we received no feedback on it. Ultimately, it turns out that we sold the house 2 weeks later while there were no other bids, according to their words. Very impolite was then spoken by Corné who said he had spoken to our broker... which we hadn't. This company ripped off the seller for €20,000 because that is what we would have gladly paid on top of the final selling price.
Special company. Contacted multiple times regarding specific business premises. Unfortunately, no response is given, despite those multiple attempts. Not a truly customer-service oriented approach.

Corné van Tetering is a smooth, expert real estate agency that can be reached even on weekends. Short lines of communication, friendly and personal. We had expected/hoped that the apartment would be sold faster. Unfortunately, the housing market is currently somewhat less favorable. Furthermore, we find it very brazen that Funda sells house data to partners. This way they earn money from sellers, advertisements and partners. Very a pity, but the real estate agent can do nothing about it either…

Corné is a man of many words with little substance. Unfortunately, he cannot admit his fault and will certainly not look in the mirror. He is also not honest towards his seller/client. When two viewings are scheduled with interested buyers, he doesn't show up himself, but sends an employee who gives incorrect information. (she is not a realtor so nothing can be held against her) But the biggest tip I can give to people who will have to do business with this office... Read your purchase agreement very carefully! Mr. van tetering likes to play it safe and will do everything to place full responsibility on buyers with an age clause. He will say that it is normal, but it isn't! Certainly not to the extent in which he drafts them. You are selling your 'guarantee' So be very careful!
