In the purchase phase, everything goes well, contact is easy and questions are handled properly. But as soon as the purchase is made, everything goes wrong: calls are not answered, calling back is a concept they don't know (just like answering emails) and providing information is completely out of the question. Such a shame! It seems that Recradroom thinks their customers are clairvoyant. Basically a good company, but one or more employees really need to take a customer contact course.

I myself have had very bad experiences with this real estate agent. I would not recommend him to anyone. He never answers his phone and doesn't keep his promises. Three months later, nothing has been achieved yet, unfortunately! Furthermore, he tries to sell the house for € 20,000 above the asking price and does not work with a commission.

Geen reactie gehad na meerder malen gereageerd te hebben op een object om te huren. Daarna ook telefonisch contact gezocht met de heren zij gaven aan dat ze zelf we beslisten of ze contact op zouden nemen of niet. Zeer arrogante houding en niet de manier hoe je een klant te woord staat vooral niet als eigenaar van een makelaars bedrijf.

Na meerdere malen contact geprobeerd te zoeken en terugbelverzoeken te hebben ingediend ben ik alsnog niet gecontacteerd. Als je aangeeft dat dit niet een normale werkwijze is krijg je een arrogante medewerker aan de lijn die aangeeft dat ze zelf wel beslissen wat hun werkwijze is. En dat ze zelf wel beslissen of ze iemand terugbellen of niet.

Meerdere malen contact met Activast opgenomen ,en elke keer hetzelfde liedje . U wordt vandaag nog terug gebeld.Nou niet dus . Als er zo met klanten om wordt gegaan ,nou dan maar niet.
