Mijn vrouw en ik zijn al een behoorlijke tijd op zoek naar een mooie woning in Wassenaar. En kijken dagelijks op Funda. Er kwam een mooie woning te koop in Wassenaar en mijn vrouw belde gelijk . De datum van bezichtiging werd geboekt. Ondanks dat ze 1 van de eerste bellers moet zijn geweest, werd haar afspraak pas een week later gepland. Een dag voor de bezichtiging werd ze vervolgens gebeld dat het te vol zat. En de afspraak moest een week later gepland worden. Twee dagen voor die afspraak werd ze gebeld dat ze niet meer hoefde te komen omdat er inmiddels verschillende biedingen waren. Wij zijn zeer teleurgesteld in deze gang van zaken.

Gedurende het proces werden we goed op de hoogte gehouden. I4Housing heeft ons echt ontzorgd en voor een heel mooi resultaat gezorgd.

Price/quality not proportional. Significantly more expensive than the average real estate agent but doesn't justify it. Regret choosing this realtor. One time they blame it on a “bug” in their system and another time on it ending up in the spam folder. Also things like receiving a message at 00:30 am about an appointment for the same morning and whether you can open the door because the realtor cannot themselves. Be wise and sometimes a cheap deal is not the best.

By having the appraisal done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euro or have another paid appraisal done by another party because the first appraisal was not real.
