Ik had met deze makelaar al een goede ervaring bij de taxatie van mijn huidige huis voor de aankoop van een nieuw appartement. Zelden heb ik zo'n uitgebreid en gedegen taxatierapport gezien. Omdat ik daar onder de indruk van was heb ik aan de heer Verbaas gevraagd of hij bereidt was om een second opinion te geven op de verkoopprijs van mijn huidige huis, die door een andere makelaar in de verkoop werd gezet. Ook aan dit advies had ik weer veel steun en voor een relatief klein bedrag. Tenslotte wil je je huis goed in de verkoop zetten en wil je de juiste opbrengst. We are very satisfied with the office. The real estate agent has performed the tasks well for us but also provided pleasant service for the buyer's side.

The company is downright negligent, without any professionalism or remorse in solving problems for which they are responsible. This is a big problem, especially since buying a house is a stressful and expensive matter. I strongly advise everyone not to do business with them. PURCHASE AGREEMENT As a selling real estate agent, they made big mistakes in the purchase agreement (e.g. seller's date of birth, altered previously agreed conditions, etc.) that we had to correct. INSPECTION On the day of the inspection, they hadn't checked with the seller whether everything was in order - it turned out that the tap was broken and there was no water in the apartment on the day before the notary! The agent had also never checked whether they had received all the keys from the seller - we later found out via the VVE that 3 sets of keys were missing. There was also an electricity problem, which the seller's representative could resolve 1.5 hours after the start of the inspection. ATTITUDE During the 'no water' situation, the agent had no idea how to solve the problem and offered no solutions. After 2.5 hours of pointless waiting, we asked the seller to call a plumber, which ultimately solved the problem about an hour later (around 7:00 p.m.). A few days after the notary, when we called the agent to ask about the missing keys, they said that we should no longer bother them.
