We bought our apartment in 2007 with the help of Michael and found it at the time a very nice experience. In summer 2025 we decided to sell it again due to moving abroad. We were glad to see that Michael was still active as a real estate agent after all these years and decided to use him again as (sales) agent. Everything was well arranged and the sale went smoothly. Even from abroad, arranging the handover and documents was problem-free. Again a nice experience. For the service provided and the research work (due to selling from abroad) he was well priced and he kept all his appointments properly. What we also found very nice is that he was always easy to reach, even for the 'stupidest' questions and on weekends/evening hours. In short, top real estate agent!

What service! Almost everything involved in selling a house is taken out of your hands. And that's quite a lot: a huge amount of paperwork, the viewings, name it. And if anything wasn't clear, I could always give them a call, even after office hours. We didn't even have to go and look at the final inspection; that was arranged too. Nothing but praise, truly lives up to the name “Kant & Klaar”. Would recommend it to everyone.
