They arranged an online viewing for me, since I was in my home country, something that other rental companies did not offer. Rotsvast helped me quickly find a housing, for a nice price. However, when the situation deteriorated, they wanted to help me, but ultimately they chose the real estate agent representing the homeowner. They claimed that they had lowered the costs, but in reality they did not do so and they didn't even bother to check with the owner's real estate agent whether she had lowered the costs. There are many real estate agents in town. Try others first.

Today confronted with the poor salesmanship of this agency. Neighbors are selling an apartment and the real estate agent forbids the original residents access to the stairs and basement due to a massive viewing. Apparently, money is the priority at this agency!

If something isn't right according to 050vastgoed, it is communicated in a very childish and unbusinesslike manner. Definitely don't enter into business with them. For context: I thought I had purchased the laminate flooring (which is now over 10 years old) and that it needed to be removed, you’d say miscommunication. Below you see a nice example of how they communicate. Draw your own conclusions, I would say. ----- IN RESPONSE TO YOUR MODIFIED RESPONSE BELOW: 1) I have not agreed with anything anywhere. 2) How can the laminate floor be approximately 5 years old when it was already in the house when I moved in? I lived there for eight years. 3) You removed your original response where you again struck a very unprofessional tone, I'll share it below: 'Dear Thomas, you are removing a laminate floor that is not yours. What do you expect yourself? It is normal that you don’t take things with you that aren’t yours.' 4) AGAIN, don't enter into business with this party.

Besides posting fake previews as also discussed in other reviews, this company is also simply an unprofessional business that often has no idea how to manage their affairs and finds communication with the tenant difficult (except for the annual maximum rent increase, then they know how to find you). Tampering with energy labels, unanswered maintenance requests, and making calculation errors with service charges (after which threats from bailiffs followed after pointing out these errors to the company) makes me want to avoid this business like the plague as a tenant. The feeling of leaving this business gave me was better than applying for a mortgage and buying a house. I wish every home seeker much success in these difficult times. However, I would certainly recommend this business if you own real estate and want to extract maximum return from it at the expense of your tenants.

I recently rented an apartment through this agency and had a positive experience. The entire process went smoothly and was well organized, and the communication was always clear and quick. Very nice and helpful real estate agent. There are many different sites where I was looking for a new place to live, in the end I only received viewings through campus.nl. I received a lot of help and have now found a lovely place. Very happy with it!

They only handle the smallest jobs and fix them with uninformed men. You pay too much for the quality that is delivered. No door or window can be properly closed, so a lot of heat is lost in winter, which means we have to pay extra despite rarely turning on the heating. Fixing a clog and repairing the damage (peeling ceiling with water stains and unusable mattress) has already taken 5 months. They've sent three different men to paint. But there's no communication between Groningen properties, client, and contractor. As a result, it takes thirty times longer than necessary. The last person who came by was a handyman approached on the street or he just wanted to drop by.

After two less pleasant experiences with previous moving companies, I absolutely have nothing negative to say about this company. They are always ready to help and efficiently resolve any issues.
