17 Apr 2025Buying a house with the help of Martin and Quwendy felt super easy as expats. They kept us well informed about all steps of the process, what to expect, and they were always ready to help. When it came to viewing properties, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. He had an answer to everything we asked, from structural problems, improvements, renovation, short/long term costs. But by the time we would ask those things, he naturally already noticed the issues and informed us thanks to his eye for detail. What pleased us most was the way he handled bidding and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions only. He never pushed a purchase or suggested it just to make quick profit. The extra hours he put in were spent on research and negotiations in the evening hours. We received tailored advice, detailed explanation about how the whole process works, a personal touch, there is consideration for both seller and buyer, and when we got stuck with the purchase of our new home, Martin also supported us by finding the right people for us to continue. Very happy with this real estate agent and 100% recommended!

18 Jun 2024Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

If all goes well, you should have received a bidding log. In it, you can see that your bid is far below the highest bid. The process was very transparent, so I don't quite understand the reaction.

For example, I ask 3 questions via Move or app, and it takes a long time to get an answer, and then only for 1 out of the 3 questions. Tip: Assign one employee responsible for ensuring customer questions are answered. They were all nice, friendly people though. If they do that better, I will definitely recommend them.

However, we could only get an appointment with our current mortgage provider 10 days later, in this time you have to act quickly, and Ronald came to our rescue. He made room in his schedule the next day so that we could go to the viewing of our dream house well informed the day after and also be able to acquire it. Extremely satisfied with this service, we asked Steffan for the sale of our own home. This went perfectly and our own home was sold in a short time. It's nice to have short lines with them so that we regularly received updates. Anita and Helga thank you for this as well. Everything was handled top-notch. We are more than satisfied! It's unfortunate that you experienced the contact this way and that we have to read it through this review. In our opinion, we did everything possible to keep the contact as personal as possible, but the fact that you live in Spain, were not reachable by phone, and also responded very late to emails certainly didn't make it easy. We therefore cannot agree with this review. Fortunately, our other reviews show that other customers do not experience it this way...

28 Feb 2025In all the purchases of our houses, both ours and those of our daughter, Ronald guided us through a journey that wasn't too easy. Demolition/ new construction/ subsidy. A lot of explanation had to be given to mortgage lenders. But he succeeded. You can always contact him with questions. Everything is explained in a homely atmosphere, while enjoying a cup of coffee which is immediately offered by Ronald's lovely colleagues. 👏

What started as wishful thinking became increasingly serious, partly thanks to Ronald's good help with our financing. After half a year of searching, we found a lovely little house and we will be moving in December. Ronald and Steffan have always helped us well and despite the fact that the lender sometimes worked against it, they were still able to arrange it for us. The distance was sometimes difficult but you get quite far by email and phone..Amber, of course, also thanks for all your help😉. We are very satisfied and happy that we chose you! Also, the agent did not have prices for comparable homes ready. The advice was always to bid significantly above the asking price. So little added value.

12 Mar 2025Very pleasant experiences with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we came into contact with this office twice. Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!

A photographer was hired for the photos who had taken beautiful pictures. For questions and contact, the very friendly Tim was always neatly available by phone.
