Quwendy also helped me well during the process. Thanks to their dedication, I look back on the sale with a good feeling and am extremely happy with the result. I found it difficult to choose a real estate agent for the sale of my apartment, but I am very happy with my choice and would definitely choose Anderz Makelaar again.

26 Oct 2025Exceptional, 6 out of 5. Martin and Quwendy are the best professionals in their field: attentive and loyal to their clients, and proactive, fast and effective in their work. As a buyer, Martin will fight for you to the utmost and be willing to convince the seller that you are the right buyer, even if on paper you are facing someone who has made a better offer. As a seller, Martin also finds the best offer for you, not only at auctions, but – should the auction results fall short – also by getting customers who long ago gave up on their own search back into action. All the additional research – regarding VvE's, electricity supply, insurance, contracts and liabilities – is carried out smoothly and professionally, so that you don't have to worry about anything. The inspection of apartments during the purchase phase also proceeds very efficiently, with Martin being able to estimate how much a replacement or repair of a certain defect will cost you later on. All this happens with the greatest dedication to the principles of the profession. After trying several real estate agents in Groningen, I have no doubt that Martin is the person to go to if you want to be sure that you get the maximum out of your purchase or sale. That extra few hundred euros in commission is more than worth it.

From the beginning, we felt in good hands, and that feeling only grew stronger throughout the process. As expats buying from abroad, we knew the market would be challenging. We had heard how competitive and fast everything can be, and how difficult it is to succeed if you don't fully understand the bidding system. Martin took all that complexity off our shoulders. He represented us with confidence and precision, and his calm, well-timed advice helped us navigate everything clearly. You really notice how much experience he has – and how important that is in this kind of market. One of the most reassuring aspects of the process was Martin's strong technical knowledge. Before a formal viewing, he carefully inspected each property himself, pointing out structural problems or hidden details that we would have completely overlooked. That helped us make decisions with much more confidence and save time and money. In addition to the technical side, we especially appreciated how personal and supportive the collaboration felt. Martin didn't just help us buy a house – he built a whole support network around us. They kept us well informed about all steps of the process, what we could expect, and they were always willing to help. During viewings, Martin's endless knowledge made a huge difference. Everything we asked about, from structural problems, improvements, renovations to costs in the short and long term, he had an answer for. But of course, he had already noticed the problems and informed us thanks to his eye for detail by the time we asked such questions. What we appreciated most was the way he approached the offering and negotiating. He gave purely objective opinions. He never pushed for a purchase or suggested it, purely to make quick profit. He put in extra hours in the evenings for research and negotiations. And that helped us buy our dream house, a house we are completely in love with. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend Martin and Quwendy when buying your first house/apartment. You will always feel secure during the process and especially when making an offer. We received tailored advice, detailed explanation about how the whole process works, a personal touch, there is consideration for both seller and buyer, and when we got stuck with the purchase of our new home, Martin also supported us by finding the right people for us to continue. Also, the agent did not have prices for comparable homes ready. The advice was always to bid significantly above the asking price. So little added value.

10 Jun 2025This sale was 'difficult' because there were similar apartments for sale, but Lana and her colleagues did fantastic work (viewings, photos, styling) which means I can ultimately be satisfied with the realized selling price and conditions. IQ real estate agents is, as far as I am concerned, an excellent choice; very good market knowledge, skilled, friendly and efficient, good communication and everything in consultation. For example, I ask 3 questions via Move or app, and it takes a long time to get an answer, and then only for 1 out of the 3 questions. Tip: Assign one employee responsible for ensuring customer questions are answered. They were all nice, friendly people though. If they do that better, I will definitely recommend them.

Date unknownI too was not taken seriously here as a new person in the housing market. This was already happening before the housing market became overheated, the house sales were just starting then (already 4 years ago at the time of writing this review). Initially, I still thought that this was normal because I was new to the housing market as a starter. When looking around on Google Maps, I saw the recent bad reviews and now see that apparently little has changed over time. That is why I am now happy to share my experience. During the first viewing, I was alone as a starter, and not taken seriously at all. Almost no information was provided about the property. Questions asked could not be answered or were incorrectly answered afterwards. The brochure of the property was not available. There was clearly no preparation, or they did not intend to make an effort for it. Ultimately, I was shown around by an intern while Mr. Tebbens Torringa himself stayed downstairs almost the entire viewing at a table. During the second viewing (with parents and partner), there was unfortunately little improvement, and they too felt that the attitude was not entirely professional or interested, and that we were still not taken seriously. We also did not receive a brochure of the property with us here. Ultimately, during the negotiations for the purchase of the property, several different written things were misinterpreted and incorrectly communicated to the selling party on multiple occasions. This ultimately caused some delay in the negotiation period. It wasn't the delay, but the irritation it provoked that was annoying. Fortunately, the further handling went reasonably well and we no longer had to deal with Tebbens Torringa Makelaardij. Should we ever sell our lovely home, we now know where not to go, and that is with the aforementioned company. p.s. one of the two 5-star reviews that the company has is from one of its own employees.
