Unbelievably poorly assisted by Q Makelaars. Lies about the property and later hiding behind: 'it's not on paper, so we didn't say it'. Q Makelaars colludes with the seller to make things look better than they are. Poorly assisted throughout the entire purchasing process, appointments were not kept and things were constantly forgotten to be arranged. The contact with Q Financieel (the financial branch) also went very badly; one miscommunication after another. In short: very dissatisfied! Be warned and cautious. We have certainly learned a lot.
