Wat maakte dat we onze eigen woning ook door Kompas hebben laten verkopen. Heel fijn en gemoedelijk en altijd bereid om snel te schakelen en mee te denken. Kompas heeft me goed ontzorgd.

We had asked if the sales process, such as the photos and Funda listing, could be expedited due to a quick handover of our new house. This was all well organized. Laurens is simply very good at his job and also pleasant in dealing with people. We had a short line via a WhatsApp group. The team is well coordinated, Danique handled a lot around the sales process and Sanne was always very friendly and detailed in answering our questions from the office. Besides the good service, they also have a sharp commission, making the choice easy. In short, a recommendation!

31 Jan 2026Beste LAURENS, en Team, wat heb jij, wat hebben jullie mij enorm geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn huis , alle activiteiten die daarmee samenhangen en niet in het minst jouw persoonlijke inbreng en steun voor mij om deze stap te kunnen zetten. Je was altijd bereikbaar, snelle terugkoppeling bij vragen of hobbels op de weg in dit proces. Hierbij wordt jij ondersteund door een Top-Team van vriendelijke medewerkers die altijd voor mij klaarstonden ( op momenten van lichte paniek of vragen). Ik heb onder jouw begeleiding een nieuwe woning aangekocht en mijn huidige woning in de verkoop gezet. Dit alles heeft ertoe geleid dat mijn huis binnen twee weken onder voorbehoud verkocht is, jij en ik hebben dit afgekaart terwijl ik mij voor vakantie in Londen in de Subway onder de grond bevond, de metro s voorbij reden met veel lawaai… en we elkaar bijna niet konden verstaan. Sander doesn't keep his appointments and comes up with all sorts of excuses for why he hasn't called you. Also, if you call the office, they will treat you just as nonchalantly. Very involved and unreliable.

Vanaf het begin was zijn communicatie helder, snel en geruststellend, en hij gaf me het gevoel dat we echt een team vormden gedurende het hele proces. Hij was altijd transparant, proactief en deed duidelijk zijn best om het beste resultaat voor mij te behalen. Hij kent de lokale markt heel goed wat resulteerde in een wat later bleek een juist advies voor de vraagprijs. De afwikkeling van het verdere proces werd gedaan door Ralph. Die deed dat netjes. Was accuraat, informatief en beantwoordde gestelde vragen vlot en goed. Ons huis was binnen enkele weken verkocht voor een goede prijs. Wij kunnen VMK zeker aanbevelen.

Een zeer integere makelaar die door de keuze van de verkoopstrategie en prijsstelling onze woning binnen zeer korte termijn verkocht had. VMK heeft een groot aantal huizen in portefeuille, maar geeft je bijna de indruk alleen voor jou te werken. Super.

De communicatie verliep snel en prettig; vragen werden altijd vlot beantwoord. Wat ik vooral waardeerde is de grote aandacht voor detail en het meedenken in elke stap van het proces. Ik voelde me goed begeleid en ontzorgd, wat veel rust gaf tijdens het aankooptraject. Dank je wel Bas en Lexy voor jullie geweldige hulp tijdens mijn huizenjacht - dit had ik niet kunnen doen zonder jullie hulp en steun. 28 Nov 2025After I had neatly submitted 2 requests to view a house. I received a confirmation that they would process my request, but after a few workdays still nothing. The first email was on a Friday when the house had just been put online. This morning I got a call saying that something had gone wrong with the emails can happen. 2x in a row with 2 workdays in between is quite coincidental. Apart from the fact that they suddenly found my email. And just saying it can mean nothing for you. And when you ask what can you offer as a solution. Can mean nothing for you and can do nothing for you. Find it quite ridiculous that they don't even bother to look for a solution for you or just simply say sorry.

28 Nov 2025⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are really SUPER SATISFIED with the service of Yess Real Estate and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. We came across Yess by chance during a viewing in Barendrecht and received a card then. Later we had an introductory meeting with Denise, and that felt right away good: spontaneous, social and clearly expert. Therefore we chose her as our purchase agent, and we have not regretted that for a moment. The contact was very low-threshold, via phone and WhatsApp, always quick and friendly. We received clear explanations for our (sometimes many) questions and doubts, and that gave a lot of trust. Viewings were quickly arranged, while we were at work, and Yess always made good preparations with points of attention and relevant documents. Therefore we always knew where to pay attention. The bidding advice was also realistic and well-founded, with an eye for the market and our situation. It's nice that they have building knowledge in house at Yess – that gave extra insight and prevented us from bidding on the wrong homes. Thanks to Denise's professional guidance, we finally found our dream home at a dream location. In short: a super experience with Yess Real Estate, and in particular with Denise. All top! 🙌

From the very beginning, Denise took a huge amount of work off our hands. The housing market is hectic, but thanks to her professional approach and knowledge the process felt surprisingly calm and clear for us. We found it an exciting adventure where we also found reassurance with the staff. The house has passed with a beautiful offer, which was mainly due to the expertise in the entire process. Luckily we had a high bidder, but in terms of quantity of bidders not enough which might be a risk to be expected by agent. All service and quality of service in English was great.

In an exciting yet sometimes confusing search for a new home, there is nothing better than having people around you who truly understand you. And they did, every single one of them. Marloes, Pim and Boudewijn… what a wonderful buying team. Each with their own strength, but all equally warm, knowledgeable, patient and involved. They really listened to what I was looking for, thought along (even outside the beaten path). They were always honest, even when a house simply wasn’t it. That openness and honesty I valued enormously. I felt seen, heard and supported in every step. What made this experience so special for me is that it wasn't just about finding my dream home.
