Last year I was able to buy a new-build home in Zwolle through your new house. A lady helped me very well with this. Meanwhile, I live there, and I am very happy about how it went.

Contact received regarding a property. The relevant telephone operator/colleague could not assist me. I was later called back but couldn't answer the call. We agreed via email that I would be called the next day. The colleague did not call me and the house is now under offer. Neatly indicated via email that the colleague unfortunately didn't call. Missed opportunity. No response received via email. Subsequently, another email was sent stating that I consider it a poor way of handling things. To date, no response. In short, appointments were not kept.

In februari 2026 hebben we een woning aangekocht, waarbij de verkopende partij gebruik maakte van de diensten van Hans het Lam van Kok & Heijkamp Makelaars. Hans toonde zich in de zomer van 2025 zeer betrokken tijdens onze bezichtiging. Hij was uitstekend op de hoogte van de bijzonderheden van de woning, enthousiast over de woning en nam alle tijd om ons een gedegen rondleiding te geven. Bij de overdracht van de woning begin deze maand bleek Hans het Lam ook aanwezig te zijn bij de notaris om de verkopers te ondersteunen, waarbij hij er ook gewoon voor ons als koper bleek te zijn. Hoe mooi is dat! Alles bij elkaar een erg fijne ervaring met Kok & Heijkamp Makelaars.
