(2) In the final settlement, the monthly advance payments for rentals through Landal are already deducted, and (hopefully) the repayment of rental income follows much later. My friend and I have never experienced anything like this before. We had a viewing at Diezerhoven 28. Once we walked through the house, my friend pointed out that a lot, or actually the entire house, would need renovation. The male real estate agent was impossible to communicate with. He only responded with “that can be done” to every question. When my friend indicated that we wanted to make a counteroffer given the poor condition of the house in relation to the price, we were immediately turned away. We were astonished by this. Then he stated that he didn't approve of my friend’s attitude. Very bizarre. For people who want to view this property, we would like to advise you to be knowledgeable about renovations or bring someone with you who has knowledge.
