Unfortunately, I have to confirm the negative description. My son and child live through Van Riezen and it's just frankly heartbreaking what this club does. Exploitation, can’t describe it any other way. Advice: avoid this club.

The rent was reasonable, not excessively high. Communication often felt a bit slow. Moreover, I didn't automatically receive my deposit back. After many emails and phone calls, I received it back after six months. I found that to be a long time.

Very poor communication and long waiting times. We also couldn't agree on the selling price, which in my opinion was set much too low. In the meantime, I have attracted the sale to myself and I already have 2 bids above my asking price. Poor assessment of this agency! But I am particularly unhappy with the communication because they simply don't reply to emails. And I had been in contact with them since June and they could only come by for a viewing at the end of August. In short, I would not recommend this real estate agent.

Not informed by email about an appointment for a viewing, nor was a Move account created. We both heard this appointment over the phone and noted it correctly in our calendars! Subsequently, after almost an hour of driving, we were called to say that we had a viewing at a different time than agreed upon. When we arrive at the house, we are received very unfriendly by a lout of a realtor who casually asks if we want to wait another hour! While my husband has to go back to work immediately after the appointment. No way! Then we have to do a double viewing with another client, and absolutely no attention is given to us as customers. Tip: If you are a realtor making appointments with clients, then properly incorporate that into your administration and at least inform the customer by email about the correct time! And one more tip: don't take huge wide-angle photos of the rooms that completely distort the space, that’s very misleading! And be well informed as a realtor about what is in the questionnaire. This is not how you sell a house, it’s not good for either party in the sales process! We certainly won’t be returning to this realtor.

Ik heb mij ongeveer 6 maanden voorbereid op de inschrijving voor de woningen in Nieuw Harculo, inclusief het regelen van een biedgarantie en het zorgvuldig selecteren van mijn favoriete woningen. Enkele weken vóór de start van de verkoop werd echter plotseling bekendgemaakt dat circa 40 woningen niet meer verkocht zouden worden, maar in de verhuur gingen. Tot mijn grote frustratie vielen al mijn 10 geselecteerde favorieten hieronder. Dit voelt bijzonder onzorgvuldig en oneerlijk tegenover geïnteresseerden die zich serieus hebben voorbereid en tijd en moeite hebben geïnvesteerd. Natuurlijk kon er ook geen "sorry" bij de makelaar/contactpersonen vanaf. Daarnaast is de communicatie vanuit Woonfabriek Zwolle/contactpersoon Nieuw Harculo zeer teleurstellend. Op meerdere inhoudelijke vragen wordt simpelweg niet gereageerd. Sterker nog: na herhaaldelijk vragen stellen ben ik zelfs geblokkeerd op Instagram, in plaats van dat er transparant en professioneel wordt gecommuniceerd. Al met al een zeer negatieve ervaring. Dit wekt weinig vertrouwen en komt zeer onprofessioneel over.
